HOW TO CLAIM: If on opening your egg or multipack, you find that you have found one of the half milk chocolate half white chocolate Cadbury Creme Eggs, then call the phone number that is printed on the ticket under the foil on the winning unit between 09:00 to 17:00 to find out how to claim your prize. Keep this ticket as we will require it to validate your claim. Prize value will be stated on winning ticket. When you call, you will be asked to answer a series of verification questions including the unique code on the ticket, the retailer it was purchased from, the date and location of purchase and your email address. You will then receive a link to a winner portal where you will be asked to complete an online form with your details (full name, email address, mobile number, county, postcode, the date you purchased your Creme Egg, the retailer where you made your purchase, the town of the retailer and your bank account details). If entrants are unable to pass the verification checks, it will be to the discretion of the Promoter as to whether a prize is issued. All winning eggs have been made available to be won in a fair and random process, overseen for your complete confidence by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service.
