COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONSPlease read these terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the Premier Foods "Win A Dream Family Holiday" promotion (the "Prize Draw"). You will be legally bound by these Terms from the time you submit an entry for the Prize Draw.If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of the Prize Draw, these conditions will take precedence.The promoter of the Prize Draw is Premier Foods Group Limited of Premier House, Centrium Business Park, Griffiths Way, St. Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 2RE (the "Promoter"). If you have any queries about the Prize Draw or these Terms then please contact the Promoter by sending an email to help@winadreamfamilyholiday.co.uk.OPENING AND CLOSING DATES, ELIGIBILITYThe Prize Draw will begin at 9:00am on 21 December 2023 and close at 8:59am on 16 May 2024 (the "Promotion Period"). It is anticipated that Promotional Products will be available at participating retailers until March 2024, but may not be available after that date.The Prize Draw is open to individuals who are residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, aged eighteen (18) years or over.The Prize Draw is not open to employees, contractors, representatives, agents, officers or directors of the Promoter, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, marketing agencies, or to any of their immediate family members or persons living in the same household, whether or not related, or to anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant, entries and prize winners. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose, which may include proof of identity, age, residency and address. The Promoter may withhold prizes while it verifies eligibility.Internet access, and a valid email address are required to enter the Prize Draw. For the avoidance of doubt, one email address will be accepted per household, and a household can only use this email address to enter three (3) times per week during the Promotion Period.Participants who seek to enter more than this limit may be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, mechanical or other automated means are prohibited and will cause disqualification. Multiple entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Prize Draw and disqualify the participant where it believes there has been a breach of these Terms, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this Prize Draw's entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter's decision will be final in this regard.Entries that are not submitted in accordance with these Terms or are incomplete, illegible or lost, delayed, damaged or rendered invalid in any way will be disqualified.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries or prize claims that are late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected, whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.If at any time you wish to withdraw from the Prize Draw your request should be made in writing to the Promoter at help@winadreamfamilyholiday.co.uk. Please ensure the correspondence is marked for the attention of the "Easter Cake Adventure".SELECTION OF WINNERSWinners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period on 21 May 2024 (each a "Winner").The first Winner to be drawn will win the Main Prize (defined below).The Winners drawn subsequently will each win one (1) of the one-hundred and five (105) Secondary Prizes (defined below).Ten (10) entrants will also be drawn and held in reserve (the "Reserve Winners") for (i) any Secondary Prize Winners who do not take up their Prize for the reasons set out in paragraph 23; or (ii) any Secondary Prizes awarded in accordance with paragraph 18.If the Main Prize Winner (defined below) fails to take up the Main Prize for the reasons set out in paragraph 23, then the Main Prize shall be awarded to the Winner drawn immediately after the original Main Prize Winner in the draw conducted pursuant to paragraph 14. The Secondary Prize available as a result of following this process shall be awarded to the first Reserve Winner drawn under paragraph 17.If any Secondary Prize Winner fails to take up their Secondary Prize for the reasons set out in paragraph 23, then the relevant Secondary Prize shall be awarded to the Reserve Winners in the order the Reserve Winners are drawn.If any Secondary Prizes are not awarded after following the process set out in paragraphs 18 and 19, then the Promoter shall run a further draw from all valid non-winning entries in order to award the outstanding Secondary Prizes.WINNER NOTIFICATIONWinners will be sent an email to the email address used to enter the Prize Draw and will be required to accept the Prize (defined below) with an email response within 2 weeks of being contacted. The Promoter's agency, 20ten will then arrange for the fulfilment of the Prize within thirty (30) calendar days of the Winner accepting the Prize and the completion of any verification process. Winners will be required to liaise with, and provide the required information to, 20ten to confirm their choice of destination or venue (as applicable) in order to allow 20ten to fulfil the relevant Prize. For the avoidance of doubt the Winner will have until 21 May 2025 to use the Prize (except in the case of the Kenyan Safari experience which may be used until 30 September 2025).The Winners may be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility.Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the Winners. If a Prize is declined, the Winner cannot take up the Prize, the Winner fails to claim the Prize as required by these Terms or is not eligible for the Prize or has not complied with these Terms, that Prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner may be drawn in accordance with these Terms. These Terms will apply to any replacement winner.Entrants who have not won a Prize will not be notified.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any inability of a Winner to take up the Prize.It is the responsibility of the Winner to provide correct, up-to-date details when accepting a Prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for Winners failing to supply accurate information which then affects Prize acceptance or fulfilment of their Prize.The surname and county of the Winners and the Prizes won will (unless the Winner has objected on lawful grounds) be made available on receipt of a self-addressed pre-paid envelope received by the Promoter at Premier House Centrium Business Park, Griffiths Way, St Albans, Herts AL1 2RE, for sixty (60) days following the end of the Promotion Period. Participants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting help@winadreamfamilyholiday.co.uk. At least one guest must be aged 25 and over at the time of booking and hold a full, clean UK driving license.The guests for the Main Prize must comply with the age requirements as described above for the relevant Main Prize chosen. The Promoter and its agency, 20ten, reserves the right to verify the age of the Main Prize Winner and their guests by requesting copies of valid photo identification (including a valid driving license if required). If such identification shows that the Main Prize Winner does not comply with these requirements, the Main Prize will be forfeited. If identification provided for a Main Prize Winner's guest shows that they do not comply with these requirements, the Main Prize Winner will be asked to nominate a replacement guest who complies. Any failure by the Main Prize Winner to respond to requests for guest nomination or identification may result in the Main Prize being forfeited.All elements of the Main Prize will be booked by 20ten and the Main Prize Winner agrees to provide reasonable assistance to 20ten for this purpose. A valid credit or debit card may be required from the Main Prize Winner as a security deposit when checking into accommodation.The Main Prize must be booked before 31 December 2024. The trip to Zanzibar and the theme park resort in Florida must be taken by 21 May 2025. The Kenyan Safari experience must be taken by 30 September 2025. Paragraph 35 above sets out when the relevant trip can be scheduled and includes any excluded dates / periods which cannot be booked. Travel and accommodation dates are subject to booking availability and the Main Prize Winner acknowledges that their first preference date may not be available.Unless otherwise stated in these Terms or otherwise notified to the Main Prize Winner, all elements of the Main Prize must be taken at the same time and once booked, cannot be altered or amended.The Main Prize Winner and their guests must procure any necessary vaccinations, immunisations or similar needed for the trip. Both the Main Prize Winner and their guest must be legally able to travel to the relevant destination on the date booked for travel (including, but not limited to, meeting any Covid-19 regulations / restrictions which apply), must hold a valid passport and obtain all necessary visas and other documentation (including, but not limited to, any Covid-19 documentation required at the date of travel). It is the responsibility of the Main Prize Winner and their guests to ensure that their passport will remain valid for a sufficient amount of time to permit entry to the relevant destination on the date of travel. If unsure of the requirements, winners and their guests are advised to consult the guidance issued by HM Passport Office on the GOV.UK website.In the event the Main Prize has not been booked by 31 December 2024 the Main Prize Winner's entitlement to receive the Main Prize will expire. Any disputes must be referred to the English and Welsh courts. Consumers in Scotland and Northern Ireland may additionally bring an action in their home courts.
