Full Terms & Conditions:
1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
2. Purchase is necessary. Please retain your Doritos pack, as this may be required for validation and in order for the winner to receive their Prize.
3. Please note that while we want to encourage you to participate and enjoy the benefits of the Promotion we believe in responsible consumption of our products. DO NOT purchase more product than you can reasonably use or consume just to participate in this Promotion.
4. Internet access, a valid email address and a valid UK/Irish bank account are required.
5. Promotion Period:
a. Online Instant Win: Purchase a Promotional Pack and enter daily between 06:00 to 23:59 on the 17 February 2025 to the 13 April 2025 inclusive.
b. Wrap Up Draw: Enter between 00:00 BST on the 14 April 2024 and 23:59 BST on the 6 July 2025 inclusive.
6. To Enter:
a. Online Instant Win: Purchase a Promotional Pack of Doritos (see clause 8), scan the QR code on-pack or visit joy-pepsico.eu/en-gb/find-a-doritos-square, log into your JOY account or create one for free by entering your details (full name, email address and country) alongside the unique code on the back of pack (found in the best before box starting with PI) to find out instantly if you have found a Doritos square to win a cash Prize or a merchandise item to win a merchandise prize.
b. Wrap Up Draw: Purchase a Promotional Pack of Doritos (see clause 8), scan the QR code on-pack or visit joy-pepsico.eu/en-gb/find-a-doritos-square, log into your JOY account or create one for free by entering your details (full name, email address and country) alongside the unique code on the back of pack (found in the best before box starting with PI) to be entered into the Wrap Up Prize Draw.

8. Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person per day into the Online Instant Win during the Promotion Period. No person may win more than 1 Prize. Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person into the Wrap Up Draw.
9. The Prizes:
a. Online Instant Win: There will be 2,016 winners. Each winner will win 1 of the following, with Prizes allocated randomly.

b. Wrap Up Draw: There will be 1 winner. The winner will win 1 x £500 cash.
10. Further Prize Details and Conditions:
a. Winners will receive their Prizes via secure delivery service.
b. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize.
c. The Promoter is not liable for any Prizes once distributed/dispatched to a winner and the Promoter will not be responsible for any Prizes not received, broken or lost in transit.
d. The Prizes must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the Prizes as stated. The winner will be liable for all costs and expenses not stated relating to claiming the Prizes.
e. Any pictures depicting the Prizes on any media including press advertisements, posters or TV commercials are indicative only and the actual Prizes may vary from the depictions. The Promotion does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of the products or services being offered as Prizes.

4. Winners are responsible for providing correct bank account details and the Promoter will not be liable for any Prize payments made into the wrong bank account.

1. A MINECRAFT MOVIE Cinema Tickets:
a. No booking fees will be applied.
b. ROI winners will receive tickets for Omniplex, please see ROI Omniplex terms and conditions below:
i. This e-code is valid as payment for one standard seat for a standard 2D film screening of A Minecraft Movie at Omniplex Cinemas in the Republic of Ireland.
ii. The e-code can be redeemed in cinema at the box office or online at www.omniplex.ie for online bookings.
iii. Should you wish to sit in a premium seat or watch a non-standard version of the film you can still use this e-code but an uplift fee will be payable.
iv. The e-code is not valid for Event Cinema, Advance Screenings, Live Concerts, Sports Events or any other content except A Minecraft Movie.
v. If you lose your e-code we won’t be able to provide a refund. If you make a booking and later cancel, we are also unable to provide replacement vouchers or a refund. If Omniplex cancel your screening, please contact Omniplex directly for a replacement e-code.
vi. Admission is subject to availability, normal age restrictions apply – ID may be required, and other relevant standard terms and conditions including Omniplex’s general admission terms apply.
vii. This e-code may not be used in conjunction with any other offer and is not valid at the cinemas in Galway, Drogheda or Waterford.
viii. No cash alternatives and non-refundable. This e-code is not transferable and may not be re-sold.
ix. This ecode is valid for a standard seat in a standard scheduled screening of A Minecraft Movie at Omniplex Cinemas in Ireland until 31st May 2025. We cannot guarantee that A Minecraft Movie will be screening at all cinemas on all dates and the ecode is not valid for any other movie.
x. Omniplex reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

d. GB winners will receive tickets for Vue, please see Vue terms and conditions below:
i. Must be exchanged for an admission ticket either at the Box Office or Online and cannot be used for bookings over the phone.
ii. Valid for one ticket and must be used at the time of exchange.
iii. Non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
iv. Valid exclusively for the movie “A MINECRAFT MOVIE” and cannot be redeemed for any other film or performance.
v. Valid for a single use only and cannot be reinstated or replaced once redeemed (this includes if you cancel your booking).
vi. Not valid for Premieres, Big Screen Events and alternative/special showings including Big Shorts, Mighty Mornings, Senior friendly, Autism Friendly and Scene screenings.
vii. Can be used to book 2D general admission Super Saver, Saver and Regular seating online and at the Box Office. Upgrades to different seat types are available at the time of voucher redemption at an additional cost.
viii. All Vouchers can be used to book 3D, IMAX or Birmingham Recliner screenings online and at the Box Office at an additional upgrade fee.
ix. 2D Codes can be upgraded to a 3D screening, customers will be charged for the purchase of 3D glasses if required.
x. Do not have priority over general tickets.
xi. Valid until the 30th June 2025 and not subject to extensions.
xii. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer including Meerkat Movies.
xiii. Film classifications apply.
xiv. Codes are not to be used for financial gain in resale.
xv. The cinema managers decision is final.
xvi. The use of the Vue logo or name on any publicly accessible website is not permitted.
xvii. NB. due to Vue’s advance booking policy the film and performance you wish to attend may be sold out and seats might not be available.
2. A MINECRAFT MOVIE T-Shirts
a. Sizes available are S, M, L and XL. Winners can request their desired size, but will be subject to stock availability. If the size requested is not available, the next closest size will be provided.
g. Wrap Up Draw:
i. Winners will be paid in £ or € equivalent.
ii. Winners will be paid via BACs.
iii. Winners must have a valid UK or Irish bank account.
iv. Winners are responsible for providing correct bank account details and the Promoter will not be liable for any Prize payments made into the wrong bank account.
11. Winner Selection:
a. Online Instant Win: During the Promotion Period, 2,016 “winning moments” (days, hours, minutes, seconds) between the hours of 06:00 to 23:59 each day, have been randomly selected by an independent verification service. The first valid entry on or after that winning moment will be awarded the Prize. All 2,016 Prizes are available to be won.
b. Wrap Up Draw: 1 provisional Wrap Up Draw winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Wrap Up Draw Period. For your total confidence, the Wrap Up Prize Draw will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service, within 5 working days of the end of the Wrap Up Draw Period.
12. Winner Notification:
a. Online Instant Win: The provisional winning entrants will be instantly notified on screen alongside receiving an automatic confirmation email to their email address provided upon entry. Provisional winners will be required to follow the instructions in the confirmation email within 14 days of initial contact. If a provisional winner does not follow the instructions in the confirmation email within 14 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that provisional winner. Any claims received that don’t meet these requirements or are received after the Claim Period, will be void and invalid and the Prize will not be returned to the Prize pool.
b. Wrap Up Draw: The provisional Wrap Up Draw winner will be contacted via the email address provided upon entry within 5 working days of Wrap Up Draw Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winners. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winners will be confirmed as a winner. If a provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
13. Prize Acceptance: Once eligibility of a Prize is confirmed and the Prize is accepted, fulfilment of a Prize will take place by PromoVeritas within 45 days of acceptance of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a Prize does not arrive within 45 days, the Winner must inform the Promoter by emailing doritossquare@promowinners.com within a further 28 days. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.
14. Provided no objection is received from the winners, a winners list containing the surname and county of residence of the winners will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available at www.promowinners.com/doritos. Winners can object to their details being published during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.
15. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
16. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry/ies (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:
a. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.
b. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
c. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
d. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, multiple SIM cards for text entries, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
e. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.
f. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
g. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
17. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Prizes are not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize for another of equal or greater value.
18. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry page.
19. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (JS15055) or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
20. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.
21. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion and will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at: https://pepsicoprivacypolicy.com/en?domain=walkers.co.uk.
22. Pursuant to articles 15-21 of the GDPR, you can exercise the rights of consultation, modification, cancellation and oblivion, limitation of data processing or you can oppose to the processing of your data for legitimate reasons or for informational and promotional purposes, by writing to the data controller at the aforementioned mailing address or by e-mail europe.privacy@pepsico.com. In case of revocation of the consent given, which can be presented at any time, it is understood that this does not affect the lawfulness of the handle of the data based on the previously expressed consent or on alternative mechanisms to the consent permitted by law.
23. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
24. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
25. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
26. In the Republic of Ireland, this promotion is being carried out under a lottery license granted by the Dublin Metropolitan District Court on 9 October 2024. The lottery license is valid until 31 December 2025 and is held by Pieta House of First Floor Greenhills Retail Park, Greenhills Road, Tallaght Dublin 24, Dublin (Charity No: CHY16913).
27. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English and Irish law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales and the Republic of Ireland. Residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
