Winners that have found a winning ticket must scan the QR code found on the winning ticket within the tub or visit https://www.celebrations.co.uk/bring-home-the-bounty and complete the online entry registration form by entering their details including full name, email address and mobile number along with the unique code found on the winning ticket. Promotional packs are subject to retailer stock and availability. Not all 600g tubs contain a winning ticket. Tesco till receipt confirming a purchase of a qualifying product from a participating store within the Promotional Period and the winning ticket should be retained for proof of purchase. Please exercise responsible consumption of our products. Do not purchase more promotional 600g tubs of Celebrations than you can reasonably use or consume just to participate in this Promotion.On registering their details in accordance with Condition 7 above, an entrant with a winning ticket will be notified on-screen as to what prize they have won from the list below. In addition, they will also be given an opportunity to click on a button to enter the prize draw for the Golden Bounty Prize. When registering to enter this prize draw, they will be asked to indicate whether they would “Treasure” the Golden Bounty Prize (ie accept the solid gold replica bar) or “Trade” it (ie take the alternative prize of £25,000 cash), if selected as winner in the Golden Bounty Prize draw. The selection made when registering will not impact an entrant’s chances in the prize draw. The gold replica of an unwrapped Bounty bar will be made using approximately £25,000 of gold, purchased at the time the prize is commissioned (if the winner confirms their “Treasure” option). The replica bar will measure approximately 10 x 4 x 2cm, although these dimensions may vary (up or down) depending on the value of gold at the time of production. The cash prize will be paid via bank transfer if the winner chooses the “Trade” option. The winner of the Golden Bounty Prize is responsible for any tax declarations to be made as a result of their receipt of the prize.WRAP UP DRAW PRIZEThere will be 1 x £1,000 cash prize to be won.PRIZE INFORMATIONAs part of the main promotion, there are 500,000 prizes, in total, as listed above, that are available to be won during the Promotional Period. There is the further 1 prize of the Golden Bounty Prize to be awarded in a draw to be selected from all winners claiming a main prize. There is also 1 prize, as detailed above, available to be won in the wrap-up draw to be held at the end of the Wrap-up Draw Period. Prizes are strictly non-transferable and must not be sold, auctioned nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified and the prize withdrawn. Save as expressly listed in relation to the Golden Bounty Prize, no alternative prizes will be available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, whereby the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any or all of the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. The prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners registering a winning ticket claim.In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or cancel the promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, with no liability to any entrants or third parties, but will always endeavor to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATIONAll main prizes will be awarded via an independent computerized process. All main draw prizes are pre-allocated via an open winning moments algorithm created by an independent third party. The process will identify random times as “winning moments” and the first valid winning ticket entry received on or after such “winning moment” will be awarded a prize at random. If two entries are received at the same time, the entry processed by the server first will be the winning entry. Any prizes not won before the next winning moment will remain available until the next entry. There is no guarantee that all prizes will be claimed. The Golden Bounty Prize draw winner will be selected via an independently verified random computer draw process from all valid winning ticket entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions during the Promotional Period. The Golden Bounty Prize draw will be held on 16 January 2024. The wrap-up draw winner will be selected via an independently verified random computer draw process from all valid entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions during the Wrap- up Draw Period. The Wrap up Draw will take place on 5 April 2024.The main draw prize winners will be notified instantly on screen having registered a winning ticket, displaying the prize they have won.PRIZE REDEMPTIONWinners of the £10,000, £1,000 and £100 cash prizes will be contacted on the mobile number provided on the registration form within 14 days of the on-screen notification and will receive their BACS transfer within 28 days of confirming their bank account details. The winner of the Golden Bounty Prize will be contacted by the Promoter on 19 January 2024 using the contact details provided by the winner on the registration form used to enter the promotion and asked to confirm if they would like to receive the replica of the Bounty bar in gold or the alternative cash prize. The winner is not required to stick with the option indicated when confirming their entry in the additional Golden Bounty Prize draw. In the event that the Golden Bounty Prize winner elects to receive the cash prize, they will be required to confirm bank account details to allow for a BACS transfer, which will be made within 28 days of such details being confirmed. If the Golden Bounty Prize winner elects to receive the gold replica of the Bounty bar, the Promoter will indicate a likely date for receipt of the prize. The winner will be responsible for arranging and paying for any appropriate insurance required. The winner of the wrap-up draw will be contacted by the Promoter or its agents by 12 April 2024 using the contact details provided by the winner on the registration form used to enter the promotion. If the wrap up draw prize is declined or cannot be completed using reasonable attempts, a winner is disqualified or fails to accept their prize within 14 days of notification that they have won, that prize will be forfeited, and a replacement winner may be drawn at the Promoter’s sole discretion from all remaining entries in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.The Promoter and its agents will make reasonable efforts to contact the cash prize and Golden Bounty Prize winners up to a maximum of 3 times. A winner will forfeit their prize if they have not provided their details or have not responded to communication from the Promoter within 14 days. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner does not receive their prize for whatever reason, including in the event that a winner provides an incorrect mobile number or bank details.Winners of the £50, £10, £5 Tesco e-gift cards and £1 Tesco eVouchers will receive their prize via an SMS notification to the mobile number provided on the registration form. All £10 and £5 e-gift cards, and £1 eVouchers must be used in a single transaction. All £50, £10 and £5 e-gift cards, and £1 e-vouchers won are valid between 27th of November 2023 and 11th of February 2024. The e-gift cards and eVouchers can be redeemed for in-store purchases only (excluding petrol stations) and are not valid for online purchases.Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate entrants for any losses that may be incurred as a result of entering the promotion and the Promoter does not accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of a winner’s acceptance of a prize except where such damage or loss is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its agents. The winners’ statutory rights are not affected.No correspondence: The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except with the prize winners.GENERAL INFORMATIONA list of cash prize, Golden Bounty Prize and Wrap-up draw winners’ abbreviated names (initials and surnames only) is available on request. The name and contact details of the winners will be retained for 30 days after the prize has been fulfilled to allow the Promoter to deal with any queries from the winners, and always in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
