2. Enter between 00.01 GMT on 2 December 2024 and 23.59 BST on 20 April 2025 inclusive (the ‘Promotion Period’).

One itemised receipt, per entry must state the time and date of purchase, which must pre-date the entry date and time, but be within the Promotion Period. No person may win more than 1 Prize per retailer.
8. A person is defined by name, mobile number and email address and needs to be unique to a single participant for an entry to be valid. Postal addresses used to claim may be checked and verified via Royal Mail PAF for eligibility. Winners are provisional at point of win/claim and subject to prize claim verification to qualify win.

11. Further Prize Details and Conditions:
a. Prizes will be awarded via BACS.
b. Winners must have a valid UK registered bank account.
c. Winners are responsible for providing correct bank account details and the Promoter will not be liable for any Prize payments made into the wrong bank account.
d. All Prize winners may be subject to a background check for PR purposes. This is not a condition of prize acceptance and you can refuse to do so.
12. Winner Notification:
a. Independent Retailers, Asda, Booker BRP, Booths, Coop, Morrisons, OneStop, Sainsburys, Tesco, Waitrose: The provisional winning entrants will be instantly notified on screen that they are a winner. Winners will also receive a confirmation email to their email address used upon entry, confirming their Prize and will be required to follow the instructions within 14 days of initial contact. If a provisional winner does not follow the instructions in the confirmation email within 14 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify those provisional winners. Any claims received that don’t meet these requirements will be void and invalid and the Prize will not be returned to the Promotion Prize pool.
b. Iceland, B&M, Farmfoods and Poundland: Provisional winners will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 5 working days of Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winner. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winner will be confirmed as a winner. If the provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, we reserve the right to disqualify the entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
13. Once eligibility of a prize is confirmed and is accepted, it will be paid as a cheque or bank transfer to the chosen bank account of the verified winner. Please allow 28 days for fulfilment or despatch. In the unlikely event that a Prize isn’t fulfilled or doesn’t arrive within 28 days of Prize Acceptance, winners will have a further 28 days to inform the Promoter by emailing CremeEgg2025@promowinners.com. In the event that a winner does not inform the Promoter within this time frame, the Promoter will reserve the right to not reissue the prize or limit its value at their sole discretion.
14. Moderation: The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries which, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:
a. are in breach of the Terms & Conditions;
b. contain any content that is offensive, harmful, objectionable or which is otherwise unsuitable for publication including with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, or which could reflect negatively upon the name, reputation or goodwill of the Promoter or any brand partner;
c. contains or refers to any unauthorised third-party brand or reference any third-party names, logos and/or trademarks;
d. promotes any political agenda.
15. The Promoter seeks to run fair and secure promotions and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry or entries (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified, any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and we reserve the right to bar you from entering future promotions of ours for a period of at least six months. For this reason, we reserve the right at any point to:
a. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners by requesting such information we consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld unless and until verification is completed satisfactorily.
b. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
c. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.

Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, multiple SIM cards for Text entries, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means, fraudulently falsifying data, acting fraudulently or dishonestly.

19. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for any other form of compensation. In the event for any reason the prize winners do not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winners and no form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.

22. If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the entry will be disqualified. The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any entrant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if the Prize(s) has/have been awarded.

Provided no objection is received, the surname and county of the £10,000 Creme Egg winners will be made available to anyone who requests them by writing to JS14911 Cadbury Creme Egg UK Winner List, PO Box 704, Pinner HA5 9PF within 3 months of the Claim by Date. In the event they win, winners may request their surname and county are not published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by emailing CremeEgg2025@promowinners.com. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
