Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the Promotion and prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.
Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, you will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

Eligibility
The Promotion is only open to Northern Ireland residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees or workers (and their immediate families) of Dale Farm Ltd., its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion including any organisation involved in the operation or administration of the Promotion including prize suppliers and advertising agencies.
This promotion applies to any purchase of a participating promotional block of Dromona 250g or Dromona 500g during the promotional period (00:00 1st November 2024 - 23:59 31st December 2024).
Internet access required. Purchase necessary. Retain your promotional pack for unique code reference. Winners are required to upload a photo of the promotional packaging with unique code visible as part of the claim process. Each entry must be submitted with a different unique code.
One entry per day permitted per person during the promotional period. Each entry made during the promotional period (00:00 1st November 2024 - 23:59 31st December 2024) will be entered into the grand prize draw and winning moment promotion.
Winning moment prizes, awarded at random using a computer-generated winning moment mechanic, will be available during the main promotional period. Maximum of one winning moment prize can be won per person during the main promotional period.
Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups, or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
Entries will be void if they:
do not comply with these Terms and Conditions;
are incomplete, invalid, misdirected or illegible; or
are considered by Dale Farm Ltd. to be part of an attempt to manipulate or unfairly influence the outcome of the Promotion.
Promotional period
The promotional period runs from 00:00 1st November 2024 - 23:59 31st December 2024.
Entries outside of this period will not be accepted.
How to enter
Purchase from participating retailer in-store or online
To enter, purchase a promotional Dromona 250g or Dromona 500g block from selected Asda, B&M, Centra, Dunnes, Iceland, Lidl, Mace, Makro, Musgrave, Nisa, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, and Today’s instore or online, then visit winwithdromona.com, enter your first name, surname, email address and your unique code on the entry form during the promotional period. The unique code can be found under the base fold of the promotional pack.
Each entry will be entered into the grand prize draw and winning moments promotion during the promotional period. Winning moment prizes will be awarded at random throughout the promotional period, using a computer-generated winning moment mechanic. Winning moment winners will be notified instantly on screen if they have won and will also receive a winner notification email to the email address provided on entry.
Each promotional code is unique and can only be used once. Any attempts to enter the same code more than once, use codes from non-promotional packs, or the use of any codes not intended for use in this promotion, may result in disqualification and all such entries will be declared void.
Products are subject to availability and whilst stocks last. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete, or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
Prizes
There are a total of 61 prizes available to be won throughout the promotional period, which runs from 00:00 on 1st November 2024 until 23:59 on 31st December 2024. The grand prize draw will take place on the 7th of January.

One winner will receive £1,000, paid via BACS or PayPal. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. The winner will be contacted within 7 days of the prize draw, and the cash prize will be transferred to the winner’s UK bank account or PayPal account within 28 days of valid win confirmation and completion of the verification process.

This card is valid for a period of 2 years from your last transaction. You will not be able to use your card after that date and any unused balance on the card will be lost.

The value of the Multi Brand Gift Card expires 60 months from the date of initial activation. If unused within this time the Multi Brand Gift Card will be deemed inactive and any remaining balance lost.
Prizes not awarded in the winning moments promotion will be rolled over to the grand prize draw.
Gift vouchers will be sent via email to the address provided by the winner upon entry. Vouchers must be redeemed in one transaction. If the purchase exceeds the value of the voucher, the additional amount must be paid using another payment method. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other alternative gift voucher prizes will be provided in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control. In such cases, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize or part of a prize of equal or greater value.
All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative of equal or greater value in the event that any product becomes unavailable during the promotion.
Winner selection
All eligible entries received during the promotional period will be entered into the grand prize draw. Grand prize winner will be drawn on the 7th January 2025 via a randomised computer process for all valid promotion entries. There will be a draw for the grand prize and any unclaimed winning moment prizes.
Winning moment prizes will be allocated randomly using an online instant winning moment mechanic during the main promotional period. Prizes will be allocated via “winning moments” (days, hours, minutes, seconds), 61 in total and one per day. These have been randomly selected by an independent verification service. If your time of valid entry is the first to fall on or after a winning moment, you win a prize. If two entries are received at the same time, the entry processed by the server first will be the winning entry. Any prizes not won before the next winning moment are rolled over and will be allocated to the winner on or after the next winning moment. If for any reason a prize is not won after being rolled over, the prize will be added to the Grand Prize Draw at the end of the promotion. Additional winners will be picked to fulfil the left over winning moment prizes. Total number of promotional packs available: 261,240. There is no guarantee all prizes will be won.
Winner notification
For the grand prize, the winner will be contacted by email via the email address provided upon entry within 7 days of the draw date. The winner will have 14 days from first contact to confirm acceptance of their prize and show proof of age via email in the form of a copy of passport, driving licence or equivalent form of ID stating the winner’s date of birth via reply to the email notification. The winner will be also asked to upload a photo of their pack, making sure the unique code they used to enter is visible, as part of the validation process. In the case that they do not respond in time, reject the prize, or are ineligible another winner will be selected using the same methodology as above. The process will repeat for three months after which the grand prize will be null and void. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner. The grand prize winner will be requested to provide their county of residence for the purpose of the winners list if no objection is received.
Once acceptance confirmation has been given and after the completion of the verification process, the grand prize will be organised via the Promoter. The winner will be contacted by email via the email address provided upon entry within 7 days of valid claim and completion of the verification process. The Promoter will ask for the winner’s telephone number in email correspondence. The Promoter will then contact the winner via a phone call to obtain their UK bank account details within 7 days of their phone number being provided. The £1,000 cash prize will be transferred to the winner’s UK bank account via BACS payment within 7 working days of valid UK bank account details being provided.
For unclaimed winning moment prizes in the grand prize draw, the winner(s) will be contacted by email via the email address provided upon entry within 7 days of the draw date. The winner will have 14 days from first contact to confirm acceptance of their prize and upload a photo of their pack, making sure the unique code they used to enter is visible via reply to the email notification. In the case that they do not respond in time, reject the prize, or are ineligible another winner will be selected using the same methodology as above. The process will repeat twice after which any unclaimed winning moment prizes will be null and void. Prize delivery for £100 Gift Vouchers will be made by email to the winners’ email addresses provided on entry within 28 days of valid claim and subject to validation of the details uploaded.
For winning moment prize winners during the main promotional period, entrants will be notified instantly on screen if they have won or not and winners will be asked at the time of win to either accept the voucher assigned to them or choose their desired voucher. Winning entrants will be asked to upload a photo of their pack, making sure the unique code they used to enter is visible, as part of the validation process. Prize delivery for £100 Gift Vouchers will be made by email to the winners’ email addresses provided on entry within 28 days of the date of win, subject to validation of the details uploaded which will take place within 7 days of the details being submitted.
Winners list
The Promoter will make available the grand prize winner’s surname and county of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this Promotion.
Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting dromona@promotionhandling.com. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winners list by emailing dromona@promotionhandling.com. We reserve the right to refuse any or all such requests.
Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for promotional pack and proof of ID including age (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of ID stating the winner’s date of birth) which they must provide within 14 days and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.
General
It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and acceptance of a prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death, and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware, or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the Promotion.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the relevant country for each entrant, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant country they reside in.
Data protection
The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. All data will be deleted 3 months after the promotion end date. You acknowledge that the Promoter may pass such information to its third-party agency, solely for the purposes of administering the promotion.
