GÜ PRIZE DRAW - FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
2. Eligibility: This promotion is open to residents of the UK and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over at the date of entry, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
3. Promotion Period: The promotion is open from 00:01 on 17th January 2025 to 23:59 on 28th February 2025. Any entries received outside the promotional period will not be accepted.
4. Entry instructions: Scan the QR code on pack and enter your full name, email address and date of birth on the website form. Entrants will be contacted via email if they have won. Entrants are advised to take care when submitting an entry; the Promoter is not responsible for an entrant not receiving the prize, or any communication in connection with their entry, if the details provided in the website form contain typos and incorrect information for mistypes and incorrect texts. Only correctly filled in and submitted entries will be accepted. Entries received after the closing date will not be entered into the draw.
5. Only one entry per person will be accepted during the promotional period. Anyone entering more frequently using multiple handsets, multiple identities or computerised or automated system will be disqualified from the promotion.
6. One prize, one winner. Only one prize for all entries made in accordance with the entry requirements will be awarded.
7. Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf may be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
8. Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected entries will not be accepted.

Prize Terms and Conditions:
• Prize packages are for 2 adults (“Recipients”), all of whom must travel at the same time with the same itinerary;
• Travelers must be aged 18 or over;
• Accommodation based on 2 Recipients sharing 1x double occupancy room in a 4-star hotel in London;
• Accommodations do not include any other meals (other than hotel breakfast) incidentals, gratuities, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip, these will be the responsibility of the Recipients;
• A credit card for incidentals may be requested by the accommodation at check in and therefore at least one of the Recipients must possess and travel with a valid credit card; Accommodation will be selected by the Prize Provider (defined further below) at their sole discretion;
• Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification and all travel and the elements of the prize package must be completed within that time;
• Winners must contact the Promoter with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure;
• Once booked no changes to the itinerary will be permitted. The failure to adhere to the itinerary will be deemed to be the forfeiture of the prize or the missed elements of the prize package at the Promoter’s discretion;
• Prize cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year, UK Public Holidays or over Easter Sunday;
• Any necessary insurance is the responsibility of the winner and guests;
• The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package; Prize as a whole or in any part is non-refundable and non-transferable; No cash alternative is available;
• The prize package inclusions are subject to availability, where any of the stated inclusions are unavailable, the Prize Provider will offer suitable alternatives of similar monetary value;
• If winner is unable to participate in any of the stated activities then the Prize Provider will use its reasonable endeavours to offer suitable alternatives of equal value, alternative activities will be determined by prize provider at their sole discretion; if winner chooses to forfeit any activities then no alternatives will be provided;
• For the cocktail making class, the class will only be available on Saturday afternoons and no alternative will be provided if the Recipients choose to receive the prize package on days not including a Saturday;
• Gift card for the London department store chosen by at least one of the Recipients from the list provided by the Prize Provider is provided to the value of £250 per person, additional terms relating to the gift card will be advised upon booking;
• Dinner at the specified wine bar is provided to the value of £75 per person, including gratuity;
• Prize will roll over to another entrant if not claimed within 48 hours of notification.

10. Winner Selection: The winner be selected at random from the entries submitted by the end of the promotion period.
11. Prize fulfilment: The winner will be notified by Gü over email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
12. The prize is as stated and no other prize alternatives are available except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of a similar or greater value. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, a prize will only be awarded directly to the entrant responsible for the email against which was registered.
13. No correspondence: Winner selection is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except with the prize winners.
14. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Entrants reposting the same content multiple times or using multiple addresses, email addresses, numbers or via agents, third parties, organised groups or those automatically generated by computer will not be accepted. Entries received by any means other than as specified in these Terms will be rejected. Any person persistently trying to circumvent the entry process will be disqualified immediately.
15. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on prize acceptance. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner is not able to take their prize for whatever reason, including in the event that a winner provides an incorrect email address.
16. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate entrants for any losses that may be incurred as a result of entering the Promotion and the Promoter does not accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of a winner’s acceptance of a prize except where such damage, loss or personal injury is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its agents in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. The winners’ statutory rights are not affected.
17. The Promoter has no control over communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the promotion.
18. Winners may be asked by the Promoter to participate in reasonable further publicity relating to their winning of a prize, free of charge. The Promoter will contact prize winners prior to the intended publicity. A winner shall have the right to decline to participate in such publicity.
19. General: The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure of any third party to fulfil its obligations in connection with this promotion, although the Promoter will endeavour to minimise the effect of such failure on the entrants.
20. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries which fail to be registered or are delayed for any technical or other reason whatsoever. The Promoter cannot be held responsible if a winner does not receive their prize as a result of having provided incomplete or inaccurate name or address details.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the winning entries including asking for The Promoter also reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw the prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of the entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to this clause.
22. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of the prizes, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion, replace a prize with an alternative prize of similar or higher value, or amend these terms and conditions, at any stage, with no liability to any entrants or third parties, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
23. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
24. If you live in the UK, these Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes must be referred to the English and Welsh courts unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction. If you live in the Republic of Ireland, these Terms and Conditions shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and subject to mandatory local law protections for consumers, and the courts of Ireland will have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute.
