Full Terms and Conditions for Jack Daniel’s “Win an epic racing experience in Austin” competition (the “Promotion”)A. Validity of Participation1. Any person over the age of 21 who is resident in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland and Scotland) may take part in this Promotion, excluding employees of the Promoter and companies involved and their immediate relatives, agents, third parties, or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.2. Opening date for participation in the Promotion is as described on the point of sale in participating Asda stores (the “Promotion”), the Promotion opens on 00:00 on 01/06/2023. Entries received after 23:59 at 21/06/2023 will not be entered into the Promotion or considered.B. Participation1. To participate in the Promotion:Scan QR code or visit https://www.jackdaniels.com/en-gb/jackdanielsasdacomp; fill out the form as required; submit the form. Maximum one entry per person and one win per person.2. The winners will be drawn randomly from all valid submissions after the closing date. The draw will be conducted by an independent, supervised individual.3. Winners will be notified by e-mail within seven business days of the draw. The Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner if an original winner has failed to prove of identity or age as being over 21, within 7 days of notification or if the winner is unable to accept or win the prize.4. All winners are final and no correspondence will be entered into.5. The Promoter is not responsible for submissions that have not been transmitted, whether due to delay, destruction or technical reasons. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.C. Prizes1. The 1st Tier Prize consists of a 7 day, 6 night trip for the prize-winner and a guest to Austin, Texas. The prize includes an Austin race experience package and a Jack Daniel’s distillery tour in Nashville.The prize includes: (a) return flights from a UK airport (closest airport to the winner), the flight included must depart from a UK airport on 19/10/2023 and return to the UK on 25/10/2023; (b) 4 star hotel accommodation in Austin, TX to include breakfast for 4 nights plus return ground transfers from Austin, TX airport to the hotel in Austin; (c) 2 x McLaren experience packages for the race weekend (19-22 October, 2023), including circuit transfers; (d) private transfers to the Jack Daniel’s Distillery; 4 star hotel accommodation in Nashville, TN to include breakfast for 2 nights; (e) Jack Daniel’s Distillery Tour for two (2) adults in Lynchburg, Tennessee, USA. Both hotel rooms will be based on winner and guest sharing.The Promoter or its designated agency will book and pay for the prize as agent for the prize-winner and their guest, who agree to be bound by any terms imposed by third parties including, without limitation, any relevant tour operator. The prize-winner and guest must hold valid passports with 6 months' validity remaining, and, if they do not already have one, must not require a pre-arranged visa in order to travel to the US. Prize-winner and guest must also comply with immigration requirements for entry into the US. In particular, neither prize winner for guest may have a criminal record. All travel-related administration is the responsibility of the prize-winner and guest. All additional expenses including without limitation, spending money, travel to and from departure airport and insurance cover is the responsibility of the prize-winner. The 1st Prize Trip must be taken on the fixed dates specified. The Promoter reserves the right to select alternative winners, should the original winner fail to validate all of: their identity, age, ability to travel on the fixed trip dates and compliance with US immigration criteria by 7th August 2023.2. Second tier prizes: 1 x 100 Jack Daniel’s & McLaren Racing Team branded merchandising bundle. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned. No cash or other alternative to the prize is available or will be offered but the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative, materially equivalent prize if the prizes listed here cannot be supplied for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control.D. Limitations1. The Promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control.2. To the extent permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor McLaren accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way due to entering this promotion or taking up a prize. The Promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received or for undelivered or delayed entries, which were unable to be delivered or received for any reason beyond its control.E.
