Terms & Conditions – Jet2holidays Mamma Mia I have a Dream Prize DrawsThese prize draws are promoted by Jet2holidays Limited (registered number: 04472486) whoseregistered office is at Low Fare Finder House, Leeds Bradford Airport, Yeadon, Leeds, West Yorkshire,LS19 7TU ("Jet2holidays", "we" or “us”). By entering a prize draw, you are deemed to accept theseterms:• There will be 8 prize draws and each prize draw will open at 00:00:01 on the Tuesday asdetailed below and close at 23:59 on the following Monday as set out below (each a “prizedraw” and together the “prize draws”), except for (i) the first prize draw which will open at00:00:01 on Wednesday 18th October 2023 for myJet2 members and Sunday 22nd October2023 for non-myJet2 members and close for all individuals at 23:59 on Monday 23rd October2023 and (ii) the final prize draw which will open at 00:00:01 on Tuesday 5th December 2023and close at 23:59 on Monday 18th December 2023. Employees and officers of Jet2holidays, Jet2.com Limited(“Jet2.com”), Jet2 plc or any companies within the same group or any organisationprofessionally involved with the prize draw (or in each case, their close relatives) are noteligible to enter. An entrant may only be entered into each prize draw once and they mayenter as many prize draws as they like.• ITV is not responsible for the administration of the promotion or the fulfilment of anyprizes/discounts/vouchers.How to enter:• Jet2holidays will host a landing page on www.jet2holidays.com/mamma-mia as well as entryforms on a post on the Jet2.com & Jet2holidays Facebook & Instagram pages.• To enter a prize draw you must either enter your details (which includes name, email addressand phone number) in the form on the landing page or complete a form with your details oneither of the Facebook or Instagram social posts before the closing time and date detailedabove. You may only enter a prize draw on one form – any attempts to enter on more thanone form will be voided.• Jet2holidays shall not be responsible for and shall not have to accept entries which do notreach it before the closing time or are illegible, incomplete or corrupted.Choosing a Winner:• There will be 1 lucky winner of each prize draw.• The winners will be randomly selected through a computer-generated process.• The winner of each prize draw will be notified by phone call using the contact detailsprovided to us. We will attempt to call the winner three times, with phone calls taking placeanywhere between the hours of 7:30am and 5:30pm on the day after the relevant prize drawcloses. The winner must be available to take the phone call in order to accept the prizewithin the times stated above. If the winner does not answer or respond within thesetimes/attempts, they will forfeit the prize. We will try our best to contact the winners duringthe specified time. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, we reserve the right toselect another winner from the valid/correct entries that were received.• The winners will be required to confirm acceptance of their prize over the phone on thedates and times specified above. No optionalflight/board/transfer/accommodation supplements are included in the prize. Travelinsurance is not included. Winners are advised to take out their own insurance.• If a prize is not booked by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited and Jet2holidaysreserves the right to award a prize to another randomly selected entry.• The prize is subject to these terms and conditions and the Jet2holidays' and Jet2.com's termsand conditions (together the "Terms and Conditions") which can be found athttp://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions and http://www.jet2.com/termsrespectively. The holiday shall not constitute a ‘package’ under the Package Travel and LinkedTravel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (the “Regulations”) and the Regulations shall notapply, nor shall the applicable provisions of the Terms and Conditions which relate to theRegulations. In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions, and these prizedraw terms and conditions, these prize draw terms and conditions will take precedence.• Prize flights are limited on the flights operated by Jet2.com and may be unavailable even ifthere is general availability on a particular flight.• Jet2holidays reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to substitute the prize orany element of the prize with alternative property/destination/transfers/travel dates at anytime, to the equivalent prize value, or at its discretion, the cash value of the prize or elementof the prize being substituted.• Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday for any reasonwithout prior notice. Please note that flight schedules are not guaranteed.• The prize and each element of the prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged forcash. The prize may only be taken by the prize draw winner along with any accompanyingpassenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking, subject to the maximumnumber of passengers specified within the prize details. Flights must be taken by allpassengers at the same time from the same airport. Once you have made your booking youcannot make any amendments.• The prize duration may not be extended and no element of the prize may be changed by thewinner. Additional passengers outside the maximum amount permitted in the prize detailsmay not be booked onto the prize booking.• All passengers must have a valid passport to travel, and must meet all relevant visa and/orother entry requirements including any medical/health screening requirements or similar.General:• Entrants’ details will be used to administer the prize draw. Jet2holidays may cancel a prize draw without priornotice in the event of circumstances arising beyond its control.• Where Jet2holidays makes any changes to the prize (including dates of travel), nocompensation or cash equivalent will be available. Jet2holidays will not be liable for anycancellations or changes to the prize draw or any prize, or for any loss or damage entrants oraccompanying passengers suffer as a result of entering the prize draw provided that nothingin these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Jet2holidays in relation to personal injuryor death caused by Jet2holidays negligence or for fraud.• If any person enters or attempts to enter the prize draw in a manner which Jet2holidaysdetermines is: (a) contrary to these terms; (b) by its nature is inconsistent with the spirit ofthe prize draw; and/or (c) unjust to other participants, then such person may be disqualifiedfrom the prize draw at Jet2holidays' sole discretion and may be required to return any prizesalready awarded. This may include without limitation participation by professionalcompetitors, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, cheating, hacking, deception orany other actions which disadvantage (or are intended to disadvantage) other participantsand/or Jet2holidays. Where Jet2holidays determines that any actions have impaired the prizedraw, Jet2holidays may, at its sole discretion take such steps as it deems reasonable toresolve any problems arising from such actions, including:a. repeating or adding further stages to the prize draw; orb. in the event of disqualification, awarding the prize to a/other runner(s) up, another entrydrawn at random or the next entry with the highest number of votes (as applicable).• Please note that Meta is not responsible for any element of these promotions and has in noway sponsored, endorsed or administered these promotions.
