Eligibility

1. This Promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.

How to enter

2. To enter:

Purchase one of any of the following Knorr Stock Pots from ASDA, either in-store or online:

- Beef; Chicken; Lamb; Vegetable; Fish; Rich Beef; Spicy; Herby; Organic Chicken; Organic Vegetable; Onion Gravy; White Wine; and Red Wine Pot.
- Purchase of any size of Knorr Stock Pot is eligible to enter this Promotion.

In-store at ASDA – scan the QR code on the promotional marketing and complete the sign-up form at https://www.knorr.com/uk/Asda-Date-Night-Competition.html with your full name, email address and photo of receipt; or

Asda.com / Instagram – click on the link and complete the sign-up form at https://www.knorr.com/uk/Asda-Date-Night-Competition.html with your full name, email address and photo of receipt.

3. Purchase is required. Please retain an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry, but within the Promotion Period. Internet access, a valid email address and smart phone are required to enter.

4. The overall opening date for entries is 00:00 GMT 30 January 2025. The overall closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 GMT 26 February 2025.

Selection of Winners

5. There will be a prize draw every week on a Thursday starting from 06/02/25 to 26/02/25. Each Thursday, 25 winners will be generated for the previous week. See Paragraph 12 for more information on how the weekly prize draws generate winners.

6. There will be 4 prize draws overall, each opening at 00:00 GMT the day they open, and closing at 23:59 GMT of the day they close.

1. 1. Week 1 Prize Draw on 06/02/25: The opening date for entries is 00:00 GMT on 30/01/25, and the closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 GMT on 05/02/25.

1. 2. Week 2 Prize Draw on 13/02/25: The opening date for entries is 00:00 GMT on 06/02/25, and the closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 GMT on 12/02/2025.

7. The Promotion is limited to 1 entry per person and per email address. No entrant shall win more than 1 prize.

8. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.

9. By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

10. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

Prize Specifics

11. There will be 100 winners overall (25 winners each week for four weeks). Each winner will receive:

1. 1. 1 x £100 digital voucher to be used in selected retailers (see below).

The vouchers will be provided by Reward Choice. No cash or other alternatives are available for the digital vouchers.

12. For each weekly prize draw:

1. All valid entries received by the respective week’s closing date will be entered into an independent random number generator.

2. The independent random generator will generate 25 winners each week. Each winner will win 1 x £100 digital voucher.

3. In total, each weekly prize draw will produce 25 winners.

4. Prizes will be distributed from a shared prize pool.

In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter has the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into entries that do not win in any given weekly draw.

13. Winners will be notified by email from hello@asda-knorr-date-night.co.uk/ between 27/02/2025 and 03/03/2025 to notify them that they have won a digital voucher. The winners must claim their prize within 14 days of receiving the email by clicking on the secure link contained in the email. If a winner fails to claim their prize within 14 days of receiving the email notification, the prize will lapse, and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules. The Promoter will only contact one round of reserves then if still unclaimed the prize will be forfeited.

14. Use of the vouchers is subject to:

1. the respective retailer’s terms and conditions for vouchers, which can be found on the retailer’s website; and
2. Reward Choice (the voucher provider)’s terms of use, which can be accessed via the email containing the link to the prize.

15. Digital voucher redemption windows are determined by the validity periods set by the selected retailer and are subject to their specific terms and conditions once activated. After their specified expiration date, the digital vouchers cannot be redeemed.

16. The vouchers can be redeemed at any of the following retailers:

1. 1. All Bar One;
   2. Bella Italia;
   3. Browns;
   4. Café Rouge;
   5. Deliveroo;
   6. Miller & Carter;
   7. Pizza Express;
   8. Prezzo;
   9. Wagamama;
   10. Zizzi; and
   11. ASDA.

The voucher is not limited to one retailer and may be split across a multiple of the participating retailers up to the maximum £100 value.

17. The vouchers may not be sold, auctioned, traded, transferred, or assigned, and can only be used once.

18. The vouchers will be void if altered or reproduced (whether whole or in part) and with or without the assistance of artificial intelligence technologies . Any such misuse may constitute a prosecutable offence.

19. Winners will not receive any refund if the full £100.00 voucher is not used by the expiry date.

20. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part.

Intellectual Property Rights

21. If you submit an entry that includes material the rights in which are owned by a third party, including intellectual property rights such as copyright and trademarks, you will be responsible for any legal action that party may take against you.

22. Entrants shall indemnify and hold the Promoter and their respective affiliates, directors, agents, or other partners ("the Indemnitees") harmless from any claims, actions, proceedings, costs (including reasonable legal fees) and expenses brought or asserted by a third party against any of the Indemnitees arising as a result of the Promoter's use of the entrant's submission including but not limited to any breach of third party intellectual property rights.

23. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta. Entrants release Meta for all claims and liabilities arising in respect of the promotion.

Data Protection and Publicity

24. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. The personal data will be processed in accordance with the Data Controller’s Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.unilevernotices.com/privacy-notices/united-kingdom-english.html.  

25. The Promoter may publish the winner’s information (surname) to confirm that the prize was properly awarded. The winners’ details (surname) may be made available on request by emailing unilevercustomercare@unileverconsumerlink.co.uk within 30 days after the Closing Date. The winners have the right to object to disclosure of their details and they can notify the Promoter if they do not wish for this information to be published, by responding within 30 days to the email notifying them that they have won a prize.

General

26. All entry instructions form part of the rules.  Entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules.

27. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
