TERMS & CONDITIONSThese Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decision of the Promoter, which is final in all matters relating to the promotion. Only one coupon can be redeemed per transaction. This coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and cannot be exchanged for cash. Coupon cannot be redeemed online. Void if reproduced, altered or expired. Coupons cannot be sold, transferred or auctioned. This coupon can be printed and used only once. Attempts to print multiple copies will be prevented and result in the original coupon becoming void. Coupon must be presented at time of purchase and surrendered upon use. This coupon can only be redeemed against a product listed above. Any attempt to use it contrary to these terms will be rejected by the retailer.COUPONS ARE UNIQUE AND TRACKABLE – DUPLICATION WILL BE DETECTEDThe redemption period will be a rolling 90 days from date of print and closes on 31.12.24.7. Entry Instructions: Participants must purchase a promotional pack of Le Rustique ‘Bon Appétit’ - either 250g pack of Le Rustique Camembert or 200g pack of Le Rustique Brie - then enter their Promotional Code and details including first name, surname, confirmation of being over 18 years old and email address online at lerustique.uk/win during the Promotional Period. The required code can be found inside the sticker on promotional Le Rustique ‘Bon Appétit’ packs. Home postal address in the UK, will be required for prize delivery. Promotional packs are subject to availability and whilst stocks last.8. Winner selection, notification & claim: Winners will be selected at random using a computer algorithm that has distributed winning codes for the 2,000 prizes across 1,000,000 promotional packs, and winners will be notified instantly online of whether they have won or not and be required to provide a home postal address in the UK. All winners will be validated and prizes will then be delivered to the home postal address that they submit on the microsite screen within 28 days following notification of their prize win, validation and after the completion of any verification process. Additional age verification details may be requested. Although all prizes will be available to be won, there is no guarantee that they all will actually be won. In the event a winner does not provide a valid home address, or is ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and return the prize to the prize pool which then may be won by another entrant during the Promotional Period. Unsuccessful entrants will be rewarded with a coupon for 50p off purchase of 250g Le Rustique Camembert or 200g Le Rustique Brie. The coupon will be sent by email to the submitted email address with coupon redemption instructions automatically after notification on microsite screen. For coupons, this email will direct the user to a unique URL where they will be able to print their coupon to use in-store only.9. Participants are required to keep their sticker (with unique code) from promotional pack and original till receipt as proof of purchase showing date of purchase during the Promotional Period and prior to date of entry as this may be required to validate your claim if you are a winner.10. There is a limit of one prize win or one reward per participant per week. There is no other limit on the total number of times you can enter the Promotion, however, each code found on pack is unique and can only be used once. Should the Promoter become aware or suspect that a participant is entering codes at random (that are not on purchased promotional packs), entering the same code more than once, using codes from non-promotional packs, or using any codes not intended for use in this promotion, they reserve the right to exclude that participant and their entries and/or household from the Promotion or ask for proof of purchase (i.e. pack and original till receipt) relating to that or any other entry.11. No bulk, trade, syndicate, consumer group, third party or organized group entries will be accepted. All entries must be made directly by the participant entering the Promotion.12. Details required to participate in the Promotion are first name, surname, confirmation of being over 18 years old, home postal address and email address and are required as part of entry to the online instant win. This information is needed in order to administer the prizes to winners.13. Prizes will be dispatched to the postal provided by the winners. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on acceptance of their prize. Any prizes returned to sender or not delivered due to inaccurate details provided will be considered unwanted and the prize will be lost and reallocated to the prize pool if during the Promotional Period. The Promoter will not be liable for non-delivery of a prize caused by the provision of wrong information, postal disputes or other causes beyond the Promoter’s control.14. There is no cash alternative and no other benefits, items or additions can be substituted for any prize won. The Promoter reserves the right to provide similar alternatives to the prizes, or part of a prize, of equal or greater value, in the event of circumstances outside of its control. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter, the prizes will only be available to the winners and cannot be sold or auctioned.15. The winners agree to allow the Promoter to use their surname and county of residence to announce them as winners of the Promotion. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.16. For a list of the Picnic Hamper prize winners’ surnames and counties of residence, write to ‘Le Rustique Picnic Hampers Promotion Winners’, PO Box 1079, Hemel Hempstead, HP1 1GY and include a valid email address within three months of the closing date of 31st July 2024. Response will be by email to the provided email address. The Promoter reserves the right to reject such requests.17. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for entries or claims that fail to register, are delayed, illegible, invalid, misdirected or incomplete, or indeed for network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay entry. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.18. No entrant can use his or her computer to undermine the Promotion (e.g. by the use of ‘script’ or ‘brute force’). In this event that participant’s entry will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void.19. The Promoter takes data protection seriously. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party (other than the Promoter’s agencies for the purpose of servicing / implementing the Promotion and prizes in the United Kingdom) without the individual’s prior consent. Personal data which is provided by entrants on entering the Promotion will be processed and stored in a database by the Promoter’s partner; VCG The Promorisk People Ltd of 2 Marchmont Gate, Maxted Road, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP2 7BE (“VCG”) for the purpose of managing entry into the Promotion on the Promoter’s behalf. By providing personal information, entrants consent to the processing and storage of personal information by VCG for this purpose. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for participant home address, age and identity details (passport, driving licence or equivalent) along with a copy of the original itemised till receipt and original sticker for each and every entry which they must provide within 7 days and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered in relation to this and all other clauses.23. In the event of exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.24. In the unlikely event your code cannot be read due to a genuine printing error or is not accepted please submit a photo of the Promotional Code to lerustique@responsehandlingteam.co.uk by 24.07.24 to allow for processing before end of promotional period. Please include details of your request, your name, email address and a replacement Promotional Code will be sent to you if the Promoter deems it appropriate to do so.25. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any participant’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.26. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the promotion.27. This Promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with (including the prizes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion (including the prizes) unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.28. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
