If there are no entries on a full day during the promotional period, prizes which have not been won will roll over and be won on next day for which entries have been received.14If no one enters during a pre-allocated winning moment, the following entrant after the pre-allocated winning moment has occurred will win the prize.15Winners will be notified immediately on the landing page and will be required to provide or confirm their contact details for the purposes of prize delivery.16Winning entrants will be asked to provide their proof of purchase. Such entrants must complete the proof of purchase request before claiming their 1 month trial to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.17In the event a winner is unable to provide or confirm their contact details for the purposes of delivery, the winner will be contacted by email within one (1) working day of their allocation, using the email address provided by the winner at time of entry. Winners will only be provided with one prize claim reminder email. Any failure by the Promoter to notify a winner within this timeframe shall not give rise to any claim by that winner against the Promoter.18Winners must submit their prize claim within 10 days from the date on which they received a ‘winner’ in-page notification during entry.19If a prize is being claimed through the prize claim reminder email, it must be submitted through the provided URL within the reminder email. Any failure to do this by the winner, or failure to complete a prize claim within ten (10) days of receiving the prize claim reminder email, will render that person ineligible to claim their allocated prize. In those circumstances, there shall be any claim by a ineligible person against the Promoter of loss of a prize which had previously been allocated.20Eligible winners will receive their prizes within 30 working days of providing their proof of purchase to the Promoter.mXbox Series S Consoles have a target dispatch date of within 30 days from an eligible prize claim. This is a physical prize.nXbox Game Pass Ultimate Subscriptions have an instant fulfilment target time from an eligible claim. This is a digital item sent via email.oStarfield merchandise bundles have a target dispatch date of within 60 days from an eligible prize claim. If Starfield merchandise is not available for distribution by the Promoter at the beginning of the Promotion Period, the Promoter may substitute such prizes for an alternative Xbox prize of equal or greater value.PRIZES:21Prizes for the Promotion comprise:a(One) 1 of (Ninety One) 91 Xbox Series S consoles; andb(One) 1 of (Ninety One) 91 Starfield merchandise bundles;i1x Starfield Nova Mugii2x Starfield T-shirtiv1x Starfield Lithograph (availability dependent)22One 1 month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate trial may be claimed with every bottle purchased (subject to entry and new membership restrictions in these terms).23Prizes for the Wrap Up Draw comprise (One) 1 x £250 cash prize.24Cash prizes for Wrap Up Draw will be awarded to winners by way of bank transfer to an eligible UK or ROI bank account.25Cash prizes won by entrants from ROI will not be exchanged into Euro currency prior to transfer and no exchange rate fees will be deducted from the prize total.26Please note that the prizes stated above are an exhaustive list of those available for the Promotion and the Wrap Up Draw. No additional prizes will be distributed.27The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes (or any part of the prizes) for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter, or for circumstances outside of the Promoters control.
