TERMS & CONDITIONSThese Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.1. The PromoterThe Promoter is: Princes Limited of Royal Liver Building, Pier Head, Liverpool, L3 1NX (“Promoter”).2. The competition2.1. Morrisons Napolina Red Letter Days Competition2.2. Buy any two Napolina products from selected Morrisons Stores or Online at groceries.morrisons.com for a chance to win a £250 Red Letter Days eGift card.3. How to enter3.1. The competition will run from 00:00 (the “Opening Time”) on 13 March 2024 (the “Opening Date”) to 23:59 (the “Closing Time”) on 09 April 2024 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive.3.2. All competition entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than the Closing Time. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.3.3. Internet access required.3.4. To enter the competition, entrants must:Purchase two Napolina products from selected Morrisons stores or online at groceries.morrisons.com, and scan the QR code on marketing communication or online banners that will then take them to www.napolinadaysout.co.uk to complete the competition form and upload receipt(s) or order confirmation(s). Please keep your receipt(s) as proof of purchase.3.5. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for:entries that are lost, mislaid, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; orany incomplete, ineligible entries (which may be disqualified at the Promoter’s discretion) or entries which fail to arrive by the specified closing date. This also includes any entries made via a third party account where the third party account has reposted the original competition post without the Promoter’s permission.3.6. By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.3.7. The competition winners will be drawn at random by a random generator within 14 days of Closing Date.4. Eligibility4.1. The competition is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18+ years or over, except:employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; ormembers of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.4.2. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.4.3. The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications);completed by third parties or in bulk;illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;photocopies and not originals; orincomplete.4.4. There is a limit of one entry to the competition per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.4.5. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.4.6. Competition entries cannot be returned.5. The prize5.1. There will be 60 prizes available to be won.5.2. Each prize consists of 1 x £250 Red Letter Days eGift card, which will be valid for 12 months from date of issue. Red Letter Days eGift cards are subject to issuer’s Terms and Conditions found here. Red Letter Days experiences are subject to restrictions and availability at the time of the eGift card redemption by the winner.5.3. Prizes are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.5.4. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.5.5. In order to claim the prize you must respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified and provide proof of purchase such as an instore receipt or online receipt, name, and email address to receive the prize.6. Winners6.1. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.6.2. The winners will be notified by the Promoter that they have won the competition on 16 April 2024 (the “Announcement Date”).6.3. The Promoter will contact the winners personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date, contact details provided with the competition entry as applicable.6.4. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails Natalie.lee@princes.co.uk within one month after the Closing Date of the competition.6.5. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter Princes Limited, Royal Liver Building, Pier Head, Liverpool, L3 1NX. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.7. Claiming the prize7.1. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize.7.2. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.7.3. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within 7 days of the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.7.4. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.8. Limitation of liabilityInsofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.9. Data protection and publicity9.1. The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in https://www.princesgroup.com/privacy-policy/. See also condition 6.3 and condition 6.4, with regard to the announcement of winners.10. General10.1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.10.2. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.10.3. These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts of England and Wales.
