full terms and conditions of Priority's 2023 Advent Calendar These terms incorporate and should be read in conjunction with the General Terms for Priority Prize Draw. Eligibility: You need to be 18+ to play. However, if the winner of the Disney+ trip is under 21, they must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over. You must be an O2 customer or Virgin Media broadband customer and registered on Priority to enter. Employees of O2, or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with the Promotion are not eligible to win. Entry via or using malicious third party software (as determined by O2), or any other electronic or automated means is strictly prohibited, including (without limitation) use of bots, crawlers, browser plug-ins or browser extensions that scrape and/or modify activity of the platforms used by O2 to deliver the Promotion. O2 reserves the right to disqualify entrants who use such methods, and any prizes won will be forfeited by those entrants. Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person per day during the Promotion Period. No person may win more than 1 x Tier 1 Prize. There is no maximum number of Tier 2 Prizes a person can win. How it works: The promotion will run for 25 days only, from the 1 December 2023 (‘Promotion Period’). During the Promotion Period there are 25 chances to enter, between the hours of 10:00 GMT until 22:00 GMT each day, from 1 December 2023 until 25 December 2023 inclusive (‘Entry Window(s)’). The first Entry Window gives you the opportunity to secure a Unique Entry Link that can be used once a day throughout the Promotion Period. To enter you need to tap ‘USE NOW’ in the Advent Calendar Offer in the Priority App during an Entry Window to reveal your Unique Entry Link. Once you have your Unique Entry Link and when you are ready to enter, tap the ‘Go to Site’ button on the Priority app. The first time you enter, fill in your details (full name, email address and mobile number) and click ‘Submit’. For any subsequent entries during an Entry Window, personal details will not be submitted. Then open today’s door to find out if you have won. To win, you need to correctly enter during a mystery, predetermined “winning moment” or, if no one enters during a “winning moment”, as close as possible to that winning moment. If two entries are submitted in the same millisecond, prizes will be allocated to the first entry received by O2 on a “first past the post” basis. No other method of entry is valid. There is an aggregate total of 10,016 “winning moments” and 10,016 corresponding Prizes across the Promotion Period. There are 816 Tier 1 Prizes and 9,200 Tier 2 Prizes. If a winner does not accept a Prize or winner eligibility cannot be verified, O2 may, at its discretion, re-use said Prize in other promotions and offers. Prizes: All Prizes are offered as described in Clause 21 of these terms. Prizes are separated into two tiers. Prize descriptions have been provided by the respective Prize supplier and O2 is not responsible for inaccurate Prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this promotion. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. Prizes are for the applicable winner and cannot be resold. If for any reason a Prize and/or any element of a Prize is not available, O2 reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize or element of a Prize for another of equal or greater value. A Prize does not include travel/transportation, accommodation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in the relevant Prize details outlined in Clause 21, Appendix 1 and Appendix 2, and neither O2 or any provider of all or any part of the prize will be responsible for any such costs. Winner notification: Provisional winning entrants will be notified instantly on screen if they have won and asked to follow the instructions to claim their Prize. For Tier 2 Prizes: Winners will be sent an email immediately with their Prize. For Tier 1 Prizes excluding £5,000 Waitrose e-Gift Card, lastminute.com Holidays and Disney+ Trip: Provisional winning entrants will be immediately asked to complete the claim form with their personal details (county of residence) on the entry site. For Michael McIntyre tickets, provisional winners will be required to provide their guest’s name and email address. For £5,000 Waitrose e-Gift Card, lastminute.com Holidays and Disney+ Trip: Provisional winners will be phoned via the phone number used to enter within 3 working days to claim their Prize. They will be sent a follow up confirmation email detailing their Prize. For all Prizes: Once eligibility has been confirmed, a provisional winning entrant will be confirmed as a winner. Further details relevant to each Prize can be found in Clause 21, Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 below. If required, details must be provided promptly in accordance with instructions given by O2 or the Prize suppliers. Unless stipulated otherwise, provisional winning entrants must follow the instructions and claim their Prize within 14 days of initial contact. If a provisional winning entrant does not follow the instructions in the confirmation email within 14 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that provisional winner. O2 won’t be held responsible, and the Prize will be deemed unclaimed. Following the end of the Promotion Period, in the event of any unclaimed or unwon Prizes, the Promoter reserves the right to request that PromoVeritas conducts a random draw for all non-winning entrants. As this depends wholly on what is won during the Promotion Period, the number of Prizes, if any, that may be awarded by this route is unknown. Prize Acceptance: Once eligibility of a winner is confirmed and the Prize is accepted, notification to arrange fulfilment of a Prize will take place within 28 days of acceptance of that Prize. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize within 28 days, the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing o2priority@promowinners.com. Provided no objection is received from the winners, a winners list containing the surname and county of residence of the Tier 1 winners will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for 8 weeks. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them. Data processing: Your information will be collected, stored and processed by O2 and our suppliers for the purposes of administrating and assessing this Promotion. If you win a Prize supplied by a third party, O2 will provide your information to that third party for the purpose of enabling you to redeem or receive the Prize.
