These terms incorporate and should be read in conjunction with the General Terms for Priority Prize Draw.

1. Eligibility: You need to be 18+ to play. You must be an O2 customer or Virgin Media broadband customer and registered on Priority to enter. Employees of O2, or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with the Promotion are not eligible to win. Entry via or using malicious third party software (as determined by O2), or any other electronic or automated means is strictly prohibited, including (without limitation) use of bots, crawlers, browser plug-ins or browser extensions that scrape and/or modify activity of the platforms used by O2 to deliver the Promotion. O2 reserves the right to disqualify entrants who use such methods, and any Prizes won will be forfeited by those entrants. Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person per day (Entry Window) during the Promotion Period.
2. How it works: The promotion will run for 14 days only, from the 2 December 2024 to the 15 December 2024 (‘Promotion Period’). During the Promotion Period there are 14 chances to enter, between the hours of 10:00 GMT until 22:00 GMT each day, from 2 December 2024 until 15 December 2024 inclusive (‘Entry Window(s)’).
3. The first Entry Window gives you the opportunity to secure a Unique Entry Link that can be used once a day throughout the Promotion Period.
4. To enter, you need to tap ‘USE NOW’ in the ‘Enter a world of magic’ offer in the Priority App during an Entry Window to reveal your Unique Entry Link. Once you have your Unique Entry Link and when you are ready to enter, tap the ‘Go to Site’ button on the Priority app. The first time you enter, fill in your details (full name, email address, mobile number and county of residence) and click ‘Submit’. For any subsequent entries during an Entry Window, personal details will not be submitted. Then ‘shake’ the snowglobe by either tapping/clicking on the screen or gently shaking your mobile device to find out if you have won.
5. To win, you need to correctly enter (by shaking the snowglobe) during a mystery, predetermined “winning moment” or, if no one enters during a “winning moment”, as close as possible to that winning moment. If two entries are submitted in the same millisecond, Prizes will be allocated to the first entry received by O2 on a “first past the post” basis. No other method of entry is valid.
6. There is an aggregate total of 106,034 “winning moments” and 106,034 corresponding Prizes across the Promotion Period. If a winner does not accept a Prize or winner eligibility cannot be verified, O2 may, at its discretion, re-use said Prize in other promotions and offers.
7. Prizes: All Prizes are offered as described in Clause 21 of these terms. Prize descriptions have been provided by the respective Prize supplier and O2 is not responsible for inaccurate Prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this promotion.
8. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. Prizes are for the applicable winner and cannot be resold. If for any reason a Prize and/or any element of a Prize is not available, O2 reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize or element of a Prize for another of equal or greater value.
9. Prizes do not include travel/transportation, accommodation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in the relevant Prize details outlined in Clause 21 and neither O2 or any provider of all or any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
10. Winner notification: Provisional winning entrants will be notified instantly on screen if they have won and asked to follow the instructions to claim their Prize.
    1. For all Prizes excluding the £5000 lastminute.com gift cards and £10,000 Love2Shop e-gift cards: Winners will be sent an email immediately with their Prize.
    2. For the £5000 lastminute.com gift cards and £10,000 Love2Shop e-gift cards: Provisional winners will be subject to identity and eligibility checks and may be required to provide or confirm their personal information. £10,000 Love2Shop winners will be verified within 3 working days. £5000 lastminute.com winners will be verified within 5 working days. Once eligibility has been confirmed, a provisional winning entrant will be confirmed as a winner. Further details relevant to each Prize can be found in Clause 21 below. If required, details must be provided promptly in accordance with instructions given by O2 or the Prize suppliers.
11. Following the end of the Promotion Period, in the event of any unclaimed or unwon Prizes, the Promoter reserves the right to request that PromoVeritas conducts a random draw for all non-winning entrants. As this depends wholly on what is won during the Promotion Period, the number of Prizes, if any, that may be awarded by this route is unknown.
12. Prize Acceptance: Once eligibility of a winner is confirmed and the Prize is accepted, notification to arrange fulfilment of a Prize will take place within 28 days of acceptance of that Prize. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize within 28 days, the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing o2priority@promowinners.com. If a winner does notify the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.
13. These terms and the entry instructions apply alongside the General Prize Draw Terms and Conditions, found at www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/rewards/o2-priority-prize-draws-general-terms-and-conditions. If there’s a conflict these terms take precedence. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
14. Provided no objection is received from the winners, a winners list containing the surname and county of residence of the £5000 lastminute.com vouchers and £10,000 Love2Shop vouchers winners will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for 8 weeks. The winners list will be available at www.promowinners.com/o2-2024/. Winners can object to their details being published by ticking the “opt-out” box on the entry page, or by emailing o2priority@promowinners.com. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.
15. Data processing: Your information will be collected, stored and processed by O2 and our suppliers for the purposes of administrating and assessing this Promotion. If you win a Prize supplied by a third party, O2 will provide your information to that third party for the purpose of enabling you to redeem or receive the Prize. If you have won, O2 will ask for your consent then O2 may communicate your name and county to showcase that a particular Prize has been won, and if you provide O2 with your X (formerly Twitter) and/or Instagram handle when entering, O2 may give you a shout out on the relevant social media platform. 16. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry/ies (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:
    1. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.
    2. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
    3. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
    4. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
    5. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
    6. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.
    7. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
    8. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
17. O2 and its associated companies, agencies and Prize suppliers are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. O2 is not liable for any personal and/or property damage caused as a result of entering this Promotion. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
18. O2 nor any Prize supplier will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.
19. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

11. Winners must abide by any relevant terms and conditions set by the venue/s which form part of your prize. It is your responsibility to ensure that you take care when moving around the event/venue.
12. The winners must inform the Prize supplier of any wheelchair or any access needs.
13. Merlin reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse entry and to close and/or alter all or any part of the facilities including closure of rides and/or attractions for technical, operational health and safety or other reasons including overcapacity.

‍Prize conditions for winners:

1. By entering the Promotion, an entrant has the chance to win one of 10 x £5000 lastminute.com gift cards, which are available to be won on 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 13, 14 and 15 December 2024.
2. The gift card is valid for Flight + Hotel, Eurostar (Train + Hotel), Hotels, and Flash Sale packages only.
3. The gift card will be valid for 12 months from date of issue, until 30 December 2025.
4. The gift card is only valid for payments made through the lastminute.com Priority landing page. It must be applied before confirming the booking, not as a deposit payment method, and cannot be combined with other voucher codes, discounts, promotions, or cash back activities. If you are presented with a ‘pay on arrival’ option for a hotel reservation, your gift card cannot be used to pay for it.
5. The gift card is valid in conjunction with lastminute.com monthly repayment options.
6. The gift card can be used on more than one transaction, until the available credit is entirely spent, or the expiry date has passed. It can also be combined with a credit/debit card in case of bookings where the price exceeds the value of the gift card.
7. Please note that it cannot be given to third parties, sold or converted into money. It is not partially or wholly reimbursable, even in case of loss or theft and cannot be exchanged with other products or be refunded. You will not receive any compensation if the full gift card amount is not used.
