Pepsi MAX x Wireless Festival & O2 Academy Ticket Competition T&Cs 2023 Pepsi MAX is offering you a chance to win two (2) tickets to Wireless Festival 2023 (“Wireless Festival”) and two (2) tickets to enjoy a show at an O2 Academy venue. This competition is subject to these terms & conditions (the “T&Cs”). 1. All users completing the data capture at the end of the quiz [https://livenation.jebbit.com/ymodvm1t?L=Full+Page] between [Wednesday 28th] June 2023 (00:01 BST) and [Sunday 2nd] July 2023 (11.59pm BST) (the “Competition Period”) shall be automatically entered into the competition, if such users opt to submit the requested information. No purchase necessary, one (1) entry per user. 2. One (1) user will win: i. two (2) VIP Weekend tickets to Wireless Festival (one (1) for you, one (1) for a friend, valid for the whole festival weekend); and ii. two (2) tickets to a show of your choosing at an O2 Academy (one (1) for you, one (1) for a friend, valid for [2023], subject to availability). (the “Prize”). Please note, the Prize does not include the cost of accommodation and travel to and from Wireless Festival and/or the applicable O2 Academy; food or drink onsite at Wireless Festival and/or the applicable O2 Academy; or any on-site services at Wireless Festival and/or the applicable O2 Academy outside of the Prize itself. The winner shall bear all such related costs. 3. Users will be asked to complete a short quiz and complete the competition entry form by submission of the following information: email address, name, telephone number, and UK postal code. 4. The competition winner will be picked at random from all competition entries following the end of the Competition Period and no later than 3rd July 2023. 5. Live Nation (Music) UK Limited (“Live Nation”) and Academy Music Group Limited (“AMG”, an affiliate of Live Nation) will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner (via their email and telephone number) within two (2) days of 3rd July 2023. If having made such efforts within 24 hours, it is not possible to contact a winner, Live Nation and AMG reserve the right to offer the Prize to the next valid entrant drawn at random. Availability of shows will be subject to AMG’s confirmation, who will endeavour to allow first choice of show, but this may not always be possible and in which case, AMG will provide an alternative show with availability. Responses will be required from the winner within 48 hours from AMG’s confirmation to secure the tickets for the chosen show. 8. The winner of the Prize agrees to comply with all the terms and conditions applicable to the Prize and use of the Prize including, without limitation, the ticket terms and conditions, event entry terms and conditions, and all venue rules. The Prize must not be sold on to any person. Tickets non transferrable, prize will be voided. At the O2 Academy venue you will be subject to the venue’s code of conduct and we reserve the right to refuse entry and service of any customer who appears to be intoxicated or drinking irresponsibly. If you are refused entry to an O2 Academy venue we reserve the right to not permit entry to any future shows and the tickets will not be replaced with others. 9. The competition is open to users aged 18 years or over and resident in the UK. The competition is not open to Live Nation, AMG, or Pepsico, Inc. (“Pepsi MAX”) employees and their immediate families, or those of any of their affiliates. Pepsi MAX, Live Nation, and AMG reserve the right to verify the eligibility of users, and may request such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of a user and the Prize may be withheld unless and until such parties are satisfied with the verification. 10. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pepsi MAX, Live Nation, and AMG shall not be liable under or in connection with these T&Cs, the competition, or any Prize for any indirect, special on consequential loss or damage and shall not be liable for any injury or damages arising from use of the Prize. 12. Pepsi MAX reserves the right to withdraw, change, or cancel the competition at any time. Pepsi MAX’s decision in all matters relating to the competition shall be full and final. 13. The competition and these T&Cs will be governed by the laws of England & Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
