Competition Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the Mr Kipling, Ambrosia and Angel Delight Win Book Bundles promotion (the "Promotion"). By participating in the Promotion, you will be legally bound by these Terms.
If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of the Promotion, these conditions will take precedence.

The Promoter and the Agency
- Premier Foods Group Limited of Premier House, Centrium Business Park Griffiths Way, St. Albans, United Kingdom, AL1 2RE is the "Promoter".
- 20Ten Creative Limited of Regina House, 124 Finchley Road, London, United Kingdom, NW3 5JS is the "Agency" and will be responsible for administering the Promotion and fulfilment of prizes.
Eligibility
- The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, aged 18 or over. The Promotion is not open to employees, contractors, representatives, agents, officers or directors of the Promoter, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, marketing agencies, or to any of their immediate family members or persons living in the same household, whether or not related, or to anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant or claimant of a prize. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose, which may include proof of purchase, identity, age, residency and address. The Promoter may withhold prizes while it verifies eligibility.
- No purchase necessary. Internet access and a valid mobile number and email address is required. You will need to verify your mobile number upon entry via the Website (see clause 9 for details), using a One-Time-Password. When you enter your mobile number on the Website, you will be sent a One-Time-Password SMS, which you will be prompted to enter on to the Website.
- Entries may only be submitted via the Website (see clause 9). There is no charge to use the Website.
How to Enter
- The "Main Promotion" will begin at 9am on 2 February 2025 and will close at 4.59pm on 31 March 2025 inclusive. After the Main Promotion, there will be a "Wrap Up Draw". Entries for the Wrap Up Draw open at 5pm on 31 March 2025 and close at 4.59pm on 1 September 2025. Entries must be received either during the Main Promotion or the Wrap Up Draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted or not received by the end of the Main Promotion or Wrap Up Draw (as applicable) for any reason. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted or not received by the end of the Promotional Period for any reason. Proof of submission shall not be deemed to be proof of receipt.
- To enter the Promotion, you will need to submit an entry into either the Main Promotion where three-hundred prizes are available to be won (see clause 7 for Main Promotion opening and closing times and clause 16 for prize details) and / or the Wrap Up Draw where two-hundred prizes are available to be won (see clause 7 for Wrap Up Draw opening and closing times and clause 16 for prize details). To submit an entry, you will need to follow the Entry Steps in clause 9.
Entry Steps
- To enter:
- Scan the QR code available on promotional packs of Mr Kipling, Ambrosia or Angel Delight or, visit www.winbookbundles.com (the "Website");
- enter your date of birth to access the Website; and
- follow the instructions on the Website to enter your name, email address and mobile number. When you enter your mobile number, you will be sent a One-Time-Password by SMS, which you will need to enter on to the Website, by following the on-screen instructions.
- Participants of the Main Promotion will be given the option at the time of entry, to opt-in to the Wrap Up Draw should their Main Promotion entry not win a prize. If you do not opt-in, at the time you submit your Main Promotion entry and, the relevant entry does not win a prize in the Main Promotion draw, then you will not receive an automatic entry into the Wrap Up Draw, for that non-winning Main Promotion entry.
Restrictions on Entry
- There is maximum of 5 entries per mobile number and email address across the Main Promotion and the Wrap Up Draw (i.e. if you submit 3 entries during the Main Promotion with your mobile number and email address, then you can submit 2 entries into the Wrap Up Draw with your mobile number and email address). In addition, participants of the Main Promotion who opt-in to receive an entry into the Wrap Up Draw for each non-winning entry submitted in the Main Promotion (see clause 10) will receive additional an entry into the Wrap Up Draw, for each eligible opt-in. These additional opted-in entries into the Wrap Up Draw will be in addition to the maximum number of entries permitted in this Promotion. Please see clause 18 for restrictions on the number of prizes which can be run in this Promotion.
- Participants who seek to enter more than this limit may be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, mechanical or other automated means are prohibited and will cause disqualification. Multiple entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.
Selection of Winners
Main Promotion
- Within 14 days of the closing time of the Main Promotion (see clause 7), three-hundred winners will be selected at random, via a computer-generated randomizer, from all of the eligible entries received during the Main Promotion. Each winner will win one prize (see clause 16 for details).
Wrap Up Draw
- Within 14 days of the closing time of the Wrap Up Draw (see clause 7), two-hundred winners will be selected at random, via a computer-generated randomizer, from all of the eligible entries received during the Wrap Up Draw (including any automatic entries submitted into the Wrap Up Draw for each non-winning entry into the Main Promotion (see clause 10)). Each winner will win one prize (see clause 16 for details).
- The Promoter reserves the right to select alternative winners from remaining eligible entries received during the Main Promotion or the Wrap Up Draw, as applicable, if a winner forfeits a prize in accordance with clause 20.
The Prize
- Winners will each win a book bundle containing three paper-back books from the Puffin Classics Collection. The book bundle will include three of the titles set out at Appendix 1 to these Terms, selected at random by the Promoter.
- Prizes cannot be sold, transferred or auctioned. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. There is no cash or other alternative, except in circumstances outside the Promoter's control, where the Promoter has the discretion to replace the prize with an alternative of equal or higher value.
- There is a maximum of 1 prize per household address across the Main Promotion and the Wrap Up Draw.
Winner Announcement and Delivery of the Prize
- Winners of the Promotion will be contacted via email within 14 days of the closing time of the Main Promotion or the Wrap Up Draw, as applicable (the "Notification Email"). Participants who have not won the prize will not be notified. If you are a winner, you will have 14 days from the date of the Notification Email to respond to the Notification Email and to provide a delivery address for your prize. The delivery address provided must be for an address based in the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland. If you do not claim the prize by this date, your claim will become invalid.
- A winner forfeits their prize and the Promoter reserves the right to select, at random, an alternative winner from all remaining eligible entries received in the Main Draw or Wrap Up Draw, as applicable, if:
- a winner does not respond to the Notification Email (see clause 19) and / or, does not provide a delivery address for the prize within the time period set out in clause 19;
- a prize is rejected or returned undeliverable;
- a winner cannot accept the prize for any reason;
- an entry is invalid, or a participant is disqualified or in breach of these Terms.
- It is the responsibility of the participant to provide accurate, up-to-date details. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for participants failing to supply accurate information which then affects the acceptance or fulfilment of their prize.
- The winner or, an individual aged 18 or over nominated by the winner, will be required to be available at the delivery address to accept and sign for delivery of the prize.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any inability of a participant to take up the prize.
Data Protection and Marketing
- Where participants are required to create and submit content to enter the Promotion, the participant warrants that its entry and the materials submitted with its entry will not infringe the intellectual property rights (including copyright) or, any other proprietary rights whatsoever of any third party.
- All entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned. By submitting your entry and any accompanying material, each participant agrees to:
- assign to the Promoter all intellectual property rights in your competition entry and any accompanying material with full title guarantee; and
- waive all moral rights
- in and to their entry and otherwise arising in connection with their entry to which the participant may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world. Each participant agrees that it shall execute any document or instrument necessary to give effect to any assignment, grant of rights or waiver referred to in this clause 25.
- Any personal information provided by a participant with their entry will be securely held and used by the Promoter or its agents (including the Agency) and its suppliers to administer this Promotion and, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. The Promotor may contact participants by email, post, phone, SMS or other means in relation to the Promotion, but will not send participants any marketing communication unless participants have also agreed to this or, the Promoter has another lawful basis for the communication.
- All personal details and/or information given either in the entry process or otherwise must be truthful, accurate and in no way misleading. Promoter reserves the right to disqualify participants if they have supplied untruthful, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information.
- In entering the Promotion, all participants and winners agree to participate in any promotional activity or advertising relating to the Promotion, which may include entry content, voice, image and name for publicity purposes (in any media, print or online, including any websites, social media sites or third party retailer websites) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material (whether or not related to the Promotion) free of charge without additional compensation or prior notice. Promoter may modify any entry content to fit in context with the relevant usage, whilst maintaining its original sentiment.
- The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award for the Promotion took place. The Promoter may therefore use the winner’s name and initial and, county of residence to announce them as the winner of the Promotion. If you do not wish for your personal information to be used for this purpose or, if you wish to limit the amount of personal information that is published, please contact: [email protected] (if you are a UK resident) or [email protected] (if you are a ROI resident). In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide such information and all winning entries to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
- To receive a list of winner(s) and county of residence of the winner(s) please contact us by email at: [email protected] by no later than (i) 30 June 2025, for winners of the Main Promotion and (ii) 1 December 2025, for winners of the Wrap Up Draw. Please note that we may not be able to disclose this requested information, if a participant objects to the disclosure of such information in accordance with clause 29. Where a winning participant has objected to their information being disclosed, the Promoter or the Agency will instead confirm that a valid award has taken place. The Promoter must still disclose the information to UK regulators, such as the Advertising Standards Authority, upon request.
Limitation of Liability
- Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents (including the Agency) or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner(s) or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
General
- By entering the Promotion, you are agreeing to be bound by (i) these Terms and (ii) the Premier Foods Group Limited website general terms of use: https://www.premierfoods.co.uk/SpecialPages/Legal-Notices/LegalNotices-TermsOfUse.aspx; Any entries that do not comply in full with these Terms and the applicable terms set out in this clause will be disqualified. You acknowledge that your data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy
- Entries and claims for prizes which do not include all of the information required will be deemed as invalid.
- Any decision of the Promoter as to eligibility to take part in the Promotion or the result of the Promotion will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
- The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any entry, claim or award of prizes and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify a participant where it believes there has been a breach of these Terms, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this Promotion's entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or claimed using fraudulent means. The Promoter's decision will be final in this regard.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are late, delayed, incomplete, lost, damaged, incorrectly submitted, are unreadable or misdirected, whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure, non-availability of the website, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind, or any other reason.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for (a) any codes, entries or notifications which are not received due to the use of incorrect or inaccurate entry information, any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions, or for any other reason; (b) any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of the Promotion; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers used in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet and/or any website; or (e) any injury or damage to any person’s computer(s) or mobile device(s) which may be related to or result from any attempt to participate in the Promotion or to download any materials in connection with the Promotion.
- The Promoter reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Promotion in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, which it considers necessary.
- The Promotion and these Terms are subject the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes must be referred to the English courts.
