For the purposes of this Promotion, an “Independent Retailer” is defined as either an unaffiliated independent convenience store, independent forecourt store, independent store or the store could be part of a central buying or marketing group known as 'symbol' groups’.
This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, Netflix, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
Purchase is necessary in the UK, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. Please retain an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry, but within the Promotion Period, as this may be required for validation and in order for the winner to receive their Prize. No purchase necessary for ROI. Internet access, valid email address, mobile number and a printer are required. Photo ID will be required from the Tier 1 Prize Winner. Please note that while we want to encourage you to participate and enjoy the benefits of the Promotion we believe in responsible consumption of our products. DO NOT purchase more product than you can reasonably use or consume just to participate in this Promotion.
Promotion Period:
Prize Draw and Instant Win: Enter between 08:00 BST on the 27 August 2024 and 23:00 GMT on the 24 November 2024 inclusive.

Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person per day during the Promotion Period. For the UK, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man only, one itemised receipt per entry receipt must state the time and date of purchase, which must pre-date the entry date and time, but be within the Promotion Period. No person may win more than 1 x Tier 1 Prize and 1 x Tier 2 Prize.
The Prizes:
Tier 1 Prize Draw: There will be 1 Tier 1 winner. The winner will win 1 x Home Cinema Bundle (total RRP £5,000) including a Dolby Vision Projector, speakers and a 12-month Netflix subscription (UK/CI/IoM winners will receive a Netflix Standard with Ads Subscription, ROI winners will receive Netflix Standard Subscription).
Tier 2 Instant Win: There will be a total of 99 Tier 2 winners. Each winner will win 1 x night-in bundle (worth £100) (each a “Night-In Bundle”) containing 1 x 90g bag of PROPERCORN, 1 x branded candle, 2 x pairs of branded socks and a 6-month Netflix subscription (UK/CI/IoM winners will receive a Netflix Standard with Ads Subscription, ROI winners will receive Netflix Standard Subscription).
Tier 3 Instant Win: There will be a total of 2,601 Tier 3 winners. Each winner will win 1 x £2/€3 digital coupon valid on PROPER snacks purchased in-store or online from selected retailers.
Wrap Up Prize Draw: There will be 1 Wrap Up Draw winner. The winner will win 1 x Night-In Bundle containing 1 x 90g bag of PROPERCORN, 1 x branded candle, 2 x pairs of branded socks and a 6-month Netflix subscription (UK/CI/IoM winners will receive a Netflix Standard with Ads Subscription, ROI winners will receive Netflix Standard Subscription).

Tier 1, Tier 2 and Wrap Up Draw:
It is the responsibility of the participant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of the Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize.
The Promoter is not liable for any Prizes once distributed/dispatched to a winner and the Promoter will not be responsible for any Prizes not received, broken or lost in transit.
By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree that the Prize is awarded on an "as is" basis, and that the Promoter makes no representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the Prize.
Any pictures depicting the Prizes on any media including press advertisements, posters or TV commercials are indicative only and the actual prizes may vary from the depictions. The Promotion does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of the products or services being offered as prizes.
The Promoter is not liable for third party products and the Prizes are subject to the Prize manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Tier 1:
The Prize includes a Dolby Vision Projector and surround sound system including AV speakers. Features include a short throw laser projector, 8k amp and surround sound system and a 12-month warranty. The exact projector and speakers’ models are subject to availability. In the event that a specific model is unavailable, the Promoter, Catapult Enterprises Ltd, will endeavour to provide a replacement as close as possible to the stated specifications.
Netflix subscriptions:
Winners will receive their vouchers via email.
Vouchers are redeemable for the Netflix service in the UK or ROI, depending on the winner’s country of residence, via Netflix account (over 18s only).
New or existing members can redeem.
To redeem the voucher, visit www.netflix.com/code and enter the code on your voucher.
The entire value will be credited to your Netflix account upon redemption.
Vouchers are non-refundable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
Vouchers expire on 31/08/2034.

The coupon can be used as full or part payment for any PROPERCORN or PROPERCHIPS products from a Selected Retailer in-store only.
The coupon must be printed out for use.
The coupon is valid for one transaction. If there is any remaining balance after the translation, this will be lost.
The coupon will be valid until 31 March 2025.
The coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount. Only one coupon may be used per product purchased.
The coupon may not be altered, reproduced, sold, transferred or auctioned.
Only original and undamaged coupons will be accepted. The retailer reserves the right to reject invalid coupons. The coupon must be surrendered upon use.
Retailers may not allow coupons to be redeemed at self checkouts without manual intervention and may limit the value of a single coupon/voucher to £2 or €3 minimum.
Retailers may limit only two coupons of the same type and value to be redeemed in one purchase transaction.
Full coupon terms and conditions will be printed on the coupon.
Winner Selection:
Prize Draw: 1 provisional Tier 1 winner will be randomly selected from all valid non-winning Instant Win entries received during the Prize Draw and Instant Win Promotion Period. For your total confidence, the Prize Draw will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service, within 5 working days of the end of the Prize Draw and Instant Win Promotion Period.
Tier 2 and 3 Instant Win: During the Prize Draw and Instant Win Promotion Period, 2 “winning moments” per hour between the hours of 08:00 and 23:00, have been randomly selected by an independent verification service. The first valid entry on or after that winning moment will be awarded the Prize. If no entry is received between one winning moment to the next, the Prize from that winning moment will be rolled over, creating an additional winning moment. All 2700 Prizes are available to be won.
Wrap Up Draw: 1 provisional Wrap Up Draw winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Wrap Up Draw Period. The Wrap Up Prize Draw will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service, within 10 working days of the close of the Wrap Up Prize Draw Period.
Mop Up Draw: Following the end of the Prize Draw and Instant Win Period, in the event of any unclaimed or unwon Instant Win Prizes, the Promoter reserves the right to request that PromoVeritas, an independent party, conducts a random draw for all non-winning entrants. As this depends wholly on what is won during the Promotion, the number of Prizes that may be awarded by this route is unknown.
Winner Notification:
Tier 1 Prize Draw: The provisional Tier 1 winner will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 5 days of Prize Draw Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
Tier 2 and 3 Instant Win: The provisional winning entrants will be instantly notified on screen and asked to follow the instructions and in the confirmation email to claim their Prize. Tier 2 winners will be required to upload a photo of their receipt to confirm eligibility (UK/CI/IoM only). Winners will be required to follow the instructions within 30 days of initial contact. If a provisional winner does not follow the instructions within 30 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that provisional winner and return the Prize to the promotion Prize pool which may be won by another entrant during the Prize Draw and Instant Win Promotion Period.
Any claims received that don’t meet these requirements or are received after the Prize Draw and Instant Win Promotion Period, will be void and invalid and we reserve the right to return the Prize to the Promotion Prize pool which may be won by someone else during the Prize Draw and Instant Win Promotion Period.
Wrap Up Draw: The provisional Wrap Up Draw winner will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 5 days of Wrap Up Draw Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
Mop Up Draw: In the event of any unwon/unclaimed Prizes, the provisional Mop Up Draw winner(s) will be contacted via the email address provided upon entry within 5 days of Mop Up Draw Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If a winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant.
Prize Acceptance: Once eligibility of a Prize is confirmed and the Prize is accepted, notification to arrange fulfilment of the Prizes will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Prizes. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize the Winner must inform the Promoter by emailing propernightin-in@promowinners.com. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.
Provided no objection is received, the surname and county of the winners will be made available to anyone who requests them by writing to Proper Corn WARP Snacks, 184 Drummond Street, London, NW1 3HP within 3 months of the closing date. In the event they win, winners may request their surname and county are not published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced during Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry/ies (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:
Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.
Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.
Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Prize and/or any element of the Prizes are not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize or element of the Prize for another of equal or greater value.
No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to www.propernightin-in.com.
The Promoter confirms that Netflix does not sponsor, endorse or manage, in any way, this Promotion, nor are they associated with it. Accordingly, in no case will Netflix have any liability with respect to the Promotion. The Promoter exonerates Netflix from any liability in connection with this campaign. The information the entrant provides during their participation in this Promotion is provided to the Promoter and not to Netflix, and that information will be used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (JS14589) or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.
All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Residents of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
