Terms and Conditions

FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. All entry instructions form part of these Terms & Conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of entry.

2. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (“UK”) aged 18 or over. Any persons directly connected with the creation and administration of this promotion (including but not limited to any employees of the Promoter, its affiliates and its agencies) are excluded from entering this promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, residents of the Channel Islands and Isle of Man are excluded from entering this promotion.

3. Purchase is necessary. Please retain pack as this may be required for validation. A new pack must be used for each entry. Internet access and a valid email address are required.

4. Promotional Period:

(a) Instant Win Promotional Period: Enter between 07:00:00 and 09:00:00 only any day between 29 January 2025 and 11 March 2025 inclusive.

(b) Wrap Up Draw Promotional Period: Enter between 09:00:01 on 11 March 2025 and 23:59:59 on 11 June 2025.

5. To Enter:

(a) Instant Win:

i. Purchase a promotional pack of Quaker, as defined in Clause 6.

ii. Scan the QR code on back of pack with your mobile camera or go to www.joy-pepsico.eu/en-gb/promotions/quaker/daysout, sign into your account or register for an account by providing your name, email address, country of residence, and your 11-digit pack code (found on the back of pack within the best before box), and confirm that you are over 18 years of age at the time of entry. iii. Find out instantly if you are a winner of an Instant Win Prize and confirm your country of residence.

iv. Winners will then receive their Instant Win Prize via email (see clause 7 for details).

v. Valid email address is required.

(b) Wrap Up Draw:

i. Purchase a promotional pack of Quaker, as defined in Clause 6.

ii. iii. You will be entered into the Wrap Up Draw.

7. The Prizes: There is a single Prize pool across all promotional products.

(a) Instant Win Prizes: There is a total of 2,520 Prizes available to be won during the Instant Win Promotional Period (1 every 2 minutes). The Instant Win Prizes will be allocated instantly via random winning moments.

i.  The Prizes shall consist of a one-time-entry family pass to any participating National Trust (or, for winners resident in Scotland, National Trust for Scotland) site.

ii. Exclusions apply – see clause 8(a) iii

(b) Wrap Up Draw Prizes: There is a total of 10 Prizes to be won in the wrap up draw.

i. The Prizes shall be delivered in the form of £50 cash payable by BACs into a UK bank account.  

8. Further Prize Details and Conditions:

(a) National Trust

i. Your National Trust day pass is single-use and is valid once from the date of issue through to 04 April 2025 inclusive, excluding bank holidays and bank holiday weekends.

ii. The pass allows free admission at participating National Trust places for 2 adults and up to 3 children, or 1 adult and up to 4 children. Adults are those aged 18 or over; children are those aged 5–17 inclusive; under 5s receive free admission.

iii. Places excluded from the promotion are listed here: https://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/services/help-centre/places-which-are-exempt-from-admission-promotions. Places managed by English Heritage (including Stonehenge and Housesteads Fort), National Trust for Scotland and other organisations are also exempt. Passholders should check in advance of travelling as full admission will otherwise be charged.

iv. The pass is for standard admission only and excludes non-standard admission, group admission, paid transport, and paid events.

v. The pass does not include parking at National Trust places, unless the price of parking is included within the standard admission price.

vi. The pass is valid at participating National Trust places within advertised opening hours. Opening hours may be subject to change at any time and should be checked when planning a visit: nationaltrust.org.uk

vii. Some National Trust places require booking in advance of visiting. At these places, National Trust cannot guarantee admission without a booking. It is important to check the place’s web page at nationaltrust.org.uk when planning your visit. To book with the pass:

• Visit the participating property’s website and click ‘Book a Visit’.
• Select a free member’s ticket. When asked for your membership number type the pass code found on your prize confirmation email then complete the transaction.
• Present both your booking confirmation and the pass to the team member on arrival. Where required, admission cannot be guaranteed without both a booking and the pass.

viii. To redeem the pass, you will need to present the email with your valid pass barcode to a team member at your chosen National Trust place. Mobile coverage may be limited at the National Trust place you choose to visit, so please download to your device, or print the email.  

ix. Passholders who cannot present the confirmation email with a valid pass barcode, or visit an exempt place, will be charged the full admission price.

x. Your pass is not for resale and is non-transferable. Your pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or against National Trust membership and has no cash value/alternative.

xi. Only one pass per household will be permitted.

xii. The pass may be used by residents of England, Wales and Northern Ireland, except employees of Walkers Snacks Limited.

xiii. The National Trust reserves the right to refuse or revoke the pass at any time.

xiv. The National Trust (Heelis, Kemble Drive, Swindon SN2 2NA) is a registered charity (number 205846).

(b) National Trust for Scotland

i.The National Trust for Scotland day pass allows 2 adults and up to 4 children to receive free admission to a National Trust for Scotland property of your choice.

ii. The National Trust for Scotland day pass is for admission only.

iii. The National Trust for Scotland pass does not include parking at National Trust for Scotland places.

iv.The pass is single-use and can only be used once.

v. The pass is valid until 30 June 2025.

vi. The National Trust for Scotland day pass is valid 7 days a week at National Trust for Scotland properties within advertised opening hours, excluding bank holidays, the Easter Weekend and special event days. These may be subject to change at any time. Please check the website to plan your visit: Places to Visit in Scotland | National Trust for Scotland (nts.org.uk)

vii. Some properties may require pre-booking for entry or tours, and this information will be available on the NTS website. Where pre-booking required, simply:

•  Visit the property’s page on the National Trust for Scotland website, click ’Planning Your Visit’ to find out whether booking is required or advised.
•   If booking is required or advised, click on ‘Book Visit’, and select the free Trust Member option.  
•   Complete the transaction and you will receive a confirmation email. If you only select the free members tickets, you will not need to enter your debit/credit card details and you will not be charged.
•   Bring along both your booking confirmation and the pass that is included in your winner email confirmation. Present these to the National Trust for Scotland team member on arrival. Without both the booking confirmation and the day pass we cannot guarantee entry, and without the day pass you will not receive free entry and will be charged the full admission price.

viii. Adults are those aged over 18; children are those aged 5–17 inclusive; under 5s receive free admission at National Trust for Scotland properties.

ix. The National Trust for Scotland day pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and has no cash value. It cannot be redeemed against the cost of National Trust for Scotland membership.

x. The National Trust for Scotland day pass is not for resale and is non-transferable. ID may be requested to verify that the visitor(s) corresponds to the name featured on the pass/confirmation (where applicable). If the National Trust for Scotland deems resale or pass transfer to have occurred, they reserve the right to refuse use of the pass and the full admission price may be charged.

xi. The National Trust for Scotland day pass does not grant entry to ticketed events taking place at National Trust for Scotland properties on the day of visitation.

xii. The National Trust for Scotland day pass does not allow admission to places with reciprocal entry agreements, such as National Trust (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).

xiii. The pass is for standard admission only and excludes non-standard admission, group entry, transport, and any paid events.

xiv. To redeem the pass, you must present the free pass, inclusive of the unique code. This could be via printed material or by showing your pass on your mobile phone. Mobile coverage may be limited at the National Trust for Scotland property you choose to visit, so please download to your device, or print the email. Passholders who cannot present the pass may be charged the full admission price.

xv. The National Trust for Scotland (Broadstone, 50 South Gyle Crescent, Edinburgh EH12 9LD) is a registered charity (number SC 007410).

9. The Rewards: All entrants who do not win a National Trust or National Trust for Scotland one-time-entry family pass will receive a discount code for 25% off standard admission tickets for up to 5 people at participating National Trust properties.

10. Further Reward Details and Conditions:

i. Your National Trust 25% off code is single-use and is valid once from the date of issue through to 04 April 2025 inclusive, excluding bank holidays and bank holiday weekends.

ii. National Trust for Scotland properties are excluded from this offer.

iii. The 25% off code can be used once only against eligible standard admission tickets at participating National Trust properties for up to five people (max. two adults)  at participating National Trust places. Adults are those aged 18 or over; children are those aged 5–17 inclusive; under 5s receive free admission. Additional adults or children will be charged at the full admission rate

iv. Places excluded from the promotion are listed here: https://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/services/help-centre/places-which-are-exempt-from-admission-promotions. viii. Some National Trust places require booking in advance of visiting. At these places, National Trust cannot guarantee admission without a booking. It is important to check the place’s web page at nationaltrust.org.uk] when planning your visit. To book with the pass:

• Visit the participating property’s website and and click ‘Book a Visit’.
• Select your tickets, visit date (4 April 2025 or earlier) and visit time (if required)
• Enter discount code found on your reward emailin the discount code box and click ‘Apply’
• If your basket includes the correct tickets during the redemption period, the discount will be applied.
• Click ‘Checkout’ to complete the transaction.  Once completed you will receive a confirmation email.
• Bring along both your booking confirmation and the 25% discount voucher and Admission cannot be guaranteed without both a booking and ticket(s).
• Mobile coverage may be limited at the National Trust place you choose to visit, so please download to your device, or print the email.

ix. Reward holders who cannot present the Reward email with the valid 25% off offer barcode, or visit an exempt place, will be charged the full admission price.

x. Your Reward is not for resale and is non-transferable. Your pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or against National Trust membership and has no cash value/alternative.

xi. Only one Reward per household will be permitted.

xii. The pass may be used by residents of UK, except employees of Walkers Snacks Limited.

xiii. National Trust reserves the right to refuse or revoke the pass at any time.

11. Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person per day during the Promotional Period. Each purchase of a promotional pack may only be used to enter once. Whilst we want you to enjoy this promotion, please do not purchase more product than you can reasonably consume to increase your chances of winning.

12. Maximum of 1 Instant Win and 1 Wrap Up Draw Prize per person during the Promotional Period.

13. Instant Win Prize Winner Selection: The Prizes specified in Clause 7 above will all be won (except if the number of Prizes available exceeds the total number of valid entries received). Prizes will be available via “winning moments” (days, hours, minutes, seconds) with one winning moment every two minutes between 07:00:00 and 09:00:00 every day between 29 January 2025 and 11 March 2025 inclusive. These moments have been randomly selected by an independent verification service. If your time of valid entry is the first to fall on or after a winning moment, you win a Prize. If two entries are received at the same time, the entry processed by the server first will be the winning entry. Any Prizes not won before the next winning moment are rolled over and will be allocated to the winner in the next winning moment.

14. Instant Win Prize Winner Notification: Winners will be notified instantly on screen.

15. Instant Win Prize Delivery: Winners will receive an email, sent to the email address used at time of entry, containing their Prize and usage instructions. Prizes will usually be delivered within 5 days from date of winning entry but in the unlikely event that a Prize doesn’t arrive within 28 days of the winner claiming their Prize, winners will have a further 28 days to inform the Promoter by contacting https://www.quaker.co.uk/contact-us. In the event that a winner does not inform the Promoter within this timeframe, the Promoter will reserve the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at their sole discretion.

16. Wrap up Draw Winner Selection: All valid entries received by the Promoter during the Wrap Up Draw Period will be entered into a Prize draw to be conducted within 3 working days of the end of the Wrap Up Draw period.

17. Wrap up Draw Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted via the email address provided upon entry within 5 working days of the draw and will be required to respond to confirm identity, eligibility plus acceptance of the Prize within 14 days of initial contact. In the event a winner does not respond to communications within 14 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from all remaining entries in the Prize draw, with the originally selected winner forfeiting their right to the Prize.

18. Wrap up Draw Prize Delivery: If you receive a notification that you are the Wrap Up Draw Prize winner, you will be asked to provide your bank account details to which your Prize will be sent within 28 days of confirming details. In the unlikely event that a Prize doesn’t arrive within this timeframe, the Winners will have a further 28 days to inform the Promoter by contacting https://www.quaker.co.uk/contact-us. If a Winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.

19. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another Prize for it, of equal or greater value.

20. If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures,  or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries.

21. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to www.joy-pepsico.eu/en-gb/promotions/quaker/daysout.

22. The Promoter is not responsible in the event that a winner fails to receive their Prize as a result of having provided inaccurate or incorrect email address.

23. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. The winners are under no obligation to participate and may decline this request. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.

24. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a Prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.

25. The Promoter together with any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.  Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

26. An entry must be made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the rules of the Promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any Prize awarded will be void. Entrants are not permitted to enter using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.

27. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these terms and conditions if an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.

28. The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any entrant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if the Prize has been awarded.

29. Any and all personal data provided by you in connection with this Promotion will be used solely by the Promoter (or its appointed agents) to: (i) assist with running the Promotion; and/or (ii) conduct analytics to improve the Promoter’s promotions, products or services. The Promoter (or its appointed agents) will not contact you for reasons other than this Promotion unless you have provided your express consent. All personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at https://pepsicoprivacypolicy.com/. For the avoidance of doubt any personal data provided by you in connection with entering the promotion will not be shared with the National Trust or the National Trust for Scotland

30. Except where a winner has requested that their details are not shared, the winners' details (surname and date of win) will be available for a period of 30 days by contacting https://www.quaker.co.uk/contact-us between 11 July 2025 and 11 August 2025. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.

31. If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.

32. By entering this Promotion, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

33. If a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the detail in any promotional material arises, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail.

34. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

i.The National Trust for Scotland day pass allows 2 adults and up to 4 children to receive free admission to a National Trust for Scotland property of your choice.

ii. The National Trust for Scotland day pass is for admission only.

iii. The National Trust for Scotland pass does not include parking at National Trust for Scotland places.

iv.The pass is single-use and can only be used once.

v. The pass is valid until 30 June 2025.

vi. The National Trust for Scotland day pass is valid 7 days a week at National Trust for Scotland properties within advertised opening hours, excluding bank holidays, the Easter Weekend and special event days. vii. Some properties may require pre-booking for entry or tours, and this information will be available on the NTS website. Where pre-booking required, simply:

•  Visit the property’s page on the National Trust for Scotland website, click ’Planning Your Visit’ to find out whether booking is required or advised.
•   If booking is required or advised, click on ‘Book Visit’, and select the free Trust Member option.  
•   Complete the transaction and you will receive a confirmation email. If you only select the free members tickets, you will not need to enter your debit/credit card details and you will not be charged.
•   Bring along both your booking confirmation and the pass that is included in your winner email confirmation. Present these to the National Trust for Scotland team member on arrival. Without both the booking confirmation and the day pass we cannot guarantee entry, and without the day pass you will not receive free entry and will be charged the full admission price.

viii. Adults are those aged over 18; children are those aged 5–17 inclusive; under 5s receive free admission at National Trust for Scotland properties.

ix. The National Trust for Scotland day pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and has no cash value. It cannot be redeemed against the cost of National Trust for Scotland membership.

x. The National Trust for Scotland day pass is not for resale and is non-transferable. ID may be requested to verify that the visitor(s) corresponds to the name featured on the pass/confirmation (where applicable). If the National Trust for Scotland deems resale or pass transfer to have occurred, they reserve the right to refuse use of the pass and the full admission price may be charged.

xi. The National Trust for Scotland day pass does not grant entry to ticketed events taking place at National Trust for Scotland properties on the day of visitation.

xii. The National Trust for Scotland day pass does not allow admission to places with reciprocal entry agreements, such as National Trust (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).

xiii. The pass is for standard admission only and excludes non-standard admission, group entry, transport, and any paid events.

xiv. To redeem the pass, you must present the free pass, inclusive of the unique code. This could be via printed material or by showing your pass on your mobile phone. Mobile coverage may be limited at the National Trust for Scotland property you choose to visit, so please download to your device, or print the email. Passholders who cannot present the pass may be charged the full admission price.

xv. The National Trust for Scotland (Broadstone, 50 South Gyle Crescent, Edinburgh EH12 9LD) is a registered charity (number SC 007410).

9. The Rewards: All entrants who do not win a National Trust or National Trust for Scotland one-time-entry family pass will receive a discount code for 25% off standard admission tickets for up to 5 people at participating National Trust properties.

10. Further Reward Details and Conditions:

i. Your National Trust 25% off code is single-use and is valid once from the date of issue through to 04 April 2025 inclusive, excluding bank holidays and bank holiday weekends.

ii. National Trust for Scotland properties are excluded from this offer.

iii. The 25% off code can be used once only against eligible standard admission tickets at participating National Trust properties for up to five people (max. two adults)  at participating National Trust places. Adults are those aged 18 or over; children are those aged 5–17 inclusive; under 5s receive free admission. Additional adults or children will be charged at the full admission rate

iv. Places excluded from the promotion are listed here: https://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/services/help-centre/places-which-are-exempt-from-admission-promotions. Places managed by English Heritage (including Stonehenge and Housesteads Fort), National Trust for Scotland and other organisations are also exempt. 25% off code holders should check in advance of travelling as full admission will otherwise be charged.

v. The discount applied to standard admission only and excludes non-standard admission, group admission, paid transport, and paid events.

vi. The discount does not include parking at National Trust places, unless the price of parking is included within the standard admission price.

viii. Some National Trust places require booking in advance of visiting. At these places, National Trust cannot guarantee admission without a booking. It is important to check the place’s web page at nationaltrust.org.uk] when planning your visit. To book with the pass:

• Select your tickets, visit date (4 April 2025 or earlier) and visit time (if required)
• Enter discount code found on your reward emailin the discount code box and click ‘Apply’
• If your basket includes the correct tickets during the redemption period, the discount will be applied.
• Click ‘Checkout’ to complete the transaction.  Once completed you will receive a confirmation email.

ix. Reward holders who cannot present the Reward email with the valid 25% off offer barcode, or visit an exempt place, will be charged the full admission price.

x. Your Reward is not for resale and is non-transferable. Your pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or against National Trust membership and has no cash value/alternative.

xi. Only one Reward per household will be permitted.

xii. The pass may be used by residents of UK, except employees of Walkers Snacks Limited.

xiii. National Trust reserves the right to refuse or revoke the pass at any time.

11. Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person per day during the Promotional Period. Each purchase of a promotional pack may only be used to enter once. Whilst we want you to enjoy this promotion, please do not purchase more product than you can reasonably consume to increase your chances of winning.

12. Maximum of 1 Instant Win and 1 Wrap Up Draw Prize per person during the Promotional Period.

13. Instant Win Prize Winner Selection: The Prizes specified in Clause 7 above will all be won (except if the number of Prizes available exceeds the total number of valid entries received). Prizes will be available via “winning moments” (days, hours, minutes, seconds) with one winning moment every two minutes between 07:00:00 and 09:00:00 every day between 29 January 2025 and 11 March 2025 inclusive. These moments have been randomly selected by an independent verification service. If your time of valid entry is the first to fall on or after a winning moment, you win a Prize. If two entries are received at the same time, the entry processed by the server first will be the winning entry. Any Prizes not won before the next winning moment are rolled over and will be allocated to the winner in the next winning moment.

14. Instant Win Prize Winner Notification: Winners will be notified instantly on screen.

15. Instant Win Prize Delivery: Winners will receive an email, sent to the email address used at time of entry, containing their Prize and usage instructions. 17. Wrap up Draw Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted via the email address provided upon entry within 5 working days of the draw and will be required to respond to confirm identity, eligibility plus acceptance of the Prize within 14 days of initial contact. In the event a winner does not respond to communications within 14 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from all remaining entries in the Prize draw, with the originally selected winner forfeiting their right to the Prize.

18. Wrap up Draw Prize Delivery: If you receive a notification that you are the Wrap Up Draw Prize winner, you will be asked to provide your bank account details to which your Prize will be sent within 28 days of confirming details. 19. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another Prize for it, of equal or greater value.

20. If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures,  or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries.

22. The Promoter is not responsible in the event that a winner fails to receive their Prize as a result of having provided inaccurate or incorrect email address.

24. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a Prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.

25. The Promoter together with any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.  Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

26. An entry must be made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the rules of the Promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any Prize awarded will be void. 27. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these terms and conditions if an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.

28. The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any entrant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if the Prize has been awarded.

29. 30. Except where a winner has requested that their details are not shared, the winners' details (surname and date of win) will be available for a period of 30 days by contacting https://www.quaker.co.uk/contact-us between 11 July 2025 and 11 August 2025. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.

31. If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.

32. By entering this Promotion, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

33. If a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the detail in any promotional material arises, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail.

34. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
