RELENTLESS®: JBLLEGAL NOTICE: These terms and conditions (“Terms”) set out the basis on which you can participate in the Relentless®: JBL® promotion (“Promotion”) which is managed and administered by Energy Beverages Europe Limited whose registered office is at 6th Floor, South Bank House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Relentless”).  By entering your Promotional Code (defined below) online, you are deemed to accept these Terms in full.  If you do not accept these Terms in full, you should not enter the Promotion and you will not be eligible to win a JBL® ultimate bundle as further defined herein.1.    You must be aged 18 or over and resident in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales), to enter this Promotion.  Relentless reserves the right to refuse to register, to unregister and/or not to dispatch nor honour a Promotional Code to anyone who does not meet these eligibility conditions.Promotional cans 2.    Cans of 500ml ‘Relentless Origin®’, Relentless® Zero Sugar Raspberry, Relentless® Cherry and Relentless® Fruit Punch with a black ring-pull (each a “Promotional Can”). Each Promotional Can shall carry a unique code (“Promotional Code(s)”) displayed on the underside of the black ring-pull (“Promotional Ring-Pull(s)”).3.    Other than the Promotional Cans listed above, no other Relentless® products will feature as part of this Promotion or contain a Promotional Ring-Pull.4.    Each Promotional Code may only be redeemed once.Important Dates5.    Promotional Cans will be available from 00:00 on 01 July 2024 until 23:59 on 31 December 2024 (“Closing Date”), or whilst stocks last.6.    To enter the Prize Pool (as defined below), you must register your Promotional Code online at www.relentlessenergy.com/jbl_gb (“Website”) to enter the Promotion by no later than the Closing Date.  Registration will not be possible after this time and you will not be entered into the Prize Pool (as defined below) if you attempt to register after this time.  7.    All entries are deemed to have been received at the time of entry into Relentless’ database (as determined below).How to enter 8.    To enter the Promotion, you will need to purchase a Promotional Can, access the Website and enter your Promotional Code and submit your details (being full name, residential address, date of birth, phone number and email address) as directed by the Website.9.    After your successful entry of a Promotional Code, in accordance with these Terms, you will be entered into the Promotion.10.    Each Promotional Code can only be used once and shall expire after its first use.11.    In the event of any problems with the uploading and/or use of the Promotional Code, please contact the Relentless® customer service team as set out below.12.    Each entrant that validly submits their entry as set out in paragraph 6 (each a “Valid Entrant”) will be entered in the Prize Pool (“Prize Pool”). 13.    Within seven (7) days of the Closing Date, a panel consisting of one (1) independent judge, to be selected by Relentless in its absolute discretion, (the “Panel”) shall select at random three (3) Valid Entrants from the Prize Pool as main winners (each a “Main Winner” and together the “Main Winners”) and sixty (60) Valid Entrants from the Prize Pool as runners-up (each a “Runner-up” and together the “Runners-up”).14.    The Main Winners and the Runners-up shall together be referred to as the “Winners” and each a “Winner”.Main Prize15.    Each Main Winner shall win a JBL® ultimate bundle, consisting of one (1) portable speaker, one (1) party box speaker and either one (1) set of earbuds or one (1) set of headphones, the exact details to be determined by Relentless in its absolute discretion (“Main Prize”).16.    For the avoidance of doubt, all other costs associated with the Main Prize, including anything related to the Main Prize not specifically included and outlined in the definition of the Main Prize above will be borne solely by each Main Winner. 17.    It is the responsibility of the Main Winners to provide any required documentation and any other legal requirements for the Main Prize and/or documentation required by law and/or Relentless. Runner-up Prize18.    Each Runner-up shall win either one (1) set of headphones or one (1) set of earbuds, the exact details to be determined by Relentless in its absolute discretion (“Runner-up Prize”).19.    For the avoidance of doubt, all other costs associated with the Runner-up Prize, including anything related to the Runner-up Prize not specifically included and outlined in the definition of the Runner-up Prize above will be borne solely by each Runner-up. 20.    It is the responsibility of the Runners-up to provide any required documentation and any other legal requirements for the Runner-up Prize and/or documentation required by law and/or Relentless. 21.    The Main Prize and the Runner-up Prize shall together be referred to as the “Prizes” and each a “Prize”.Notification and Prize Delivery22.    The Winners will be notified by email and/or by telephone via the email address and/or telephone number provided to enter the Promotion within seven (7) days of the conclusion of the Prize Pool (“Notification”). Unsuccessful Entrants will not be notified.23.    The details of the Prizes shall be determined by Relentless in its complete discretion. Details of the Prizes (including but not limited to the time, date and location of delivery) shall be provided to the Winners at Notification.24.    In the event that Relentless cannot contact a potential Winner within three (3) days of the Notification, or a potential Winner is unavailable to claim their Prize for any reason whatsoever, such entry will be deemed null and void and Relentless shall draw another Valid Entrant from the Prize Pool as soon as reasonably possible thereafter.Data Protection25.    When you register your Promotional Code on the Website, you will be required to submit the details as set out in these Terms.  You will have the option to ‘opt-in’ to allow Relentless to use any personal data submitted for marketing and promotional purposes. For further details of what data will be collected and how this data will be used by Relentless, please see Relentless’ privacy policy (available at www.relentlessenergy.com/promotions).26.    For the avoidance of doubt, you will not be prevented entry into this Promotion if you do not choose ‘opt-in’. You can opt out of marketing messages either by following the instructions in each privacy policy, or by using the unsubscribe options contained in every marketing message.Other important information27.    All times and dates set out in these Terms refer to the times and dates in the United Kingdom.  In the event of any dispute over the time or date of any entry submitted, Relentless’ decision will be final.28.    To be able to claim and use your Promotional Code and to enter the Prize Pool, you will require: a computer or another internet-ready device and internet access to register for this Promotion.  No refund may be claimed for any expenses (for example data-transmission costs) incurred for the purpose of claiming or using your Promotional Code.  Such costs shall be borne by you.29.    Relentless is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer on-line systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, and/or software malfunction of any entry to website, or any delivery service.30.    Only a Promotional Can with a Promotional Ring-Pull may be used for the purpose of this Promotion.  Relentless shall not be responsible for any damaged Promotional Ring-Pull or illegible Promotional Code.  No refunds shall be made for any faulty product and/or Promotional Code.  This does not affect your statutory legal rights.31.    The Prizes are as described and are not transferable, not exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered in the event that a Winner is unable to claim their Prize for any reason whatsoever. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of unforeseen circumstances or Relentless being unable to deliver a Prize due to the COVID-19 pandemic or for any other reason, Relentless reserves the right to replace an entire prize or prize components with prizes of equal or greater value.32.    Any Promotional Ring-Pulls that you collect and Promotional Codes you receive are for your personal use only. You must not sell, exchange or transfer your Promotional Ring-Pulls or your Promotional Code (or attempt to do any of these things).33.    No employee or family member of an employee of Relentless or any of their affiliated companies, sub-contractors, agents or assigns or anyone else professionally associated with this Promotion is permitted to register to receive or to otherwise use any Promotional Code.34.    Entries will not be valid where they are made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices.35.    Relentless reserves the right to withhold or void any Promotional Code if you breach (or Relentless reasonably suspects that you have breached or will breach) these Terms.36.    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relentless excludes liability for any losses, damages and claims incurred by any person in connection with participating in this Promotion and/or the receipt and/or use of any Promotional Code.37.    Relentless reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable. The up-to-date wording of these Terms will be available for the whole duration of the Promotion at www.relentlessenergy.com/jbl_gb. 38.    These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
