Terms and Conditions:By entering the 500K Selfie Prize Draw described below (a “Prize Draw”) you (the “Participant”) agree to bebound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).1. Promoter: Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited, Samsung House, 2000 Hillswood Drive, Chertsey KT16 0RS.2. The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18+ and above only.3. Participating Retailers: The retailers listed in Annex 1 where the Participating Retailer has a working displaymodel of the Samsung Galaxy Flip 5 or Fold 5 in store.4. Employees or agents of the Promoter or anyone professionally connected to the Prize Draw are not eligibleto enter (the “Ineligible Participants”). Ineligible Participants shall include family members or thoseentrants residing at the same address.5. No purchase is necessary to enter.6. The Prize Draw will open at 12.30 on the 26th July 2023 and will close at 5pm GMT on 24th September 2023(“Prize Draw Period”). Entry will be possible at Participating Retailers from varying times after the PrizeDraw Period commences.7. There is 1 Prize available to be won in total, consisting of £500,000 (the “Prize”).8. The Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted by the winners. The Promoter may substitute a prizeof equal or greater value for any Prize.9. To enter, Participants must go into any participating retailer store, and access the ‘£500k Selfie’ app on thedisplay models of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 or Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5. Participants must take a ‘Selfie’ onthe device and submit their contact details and accept these terms & conditions (an “Entry”).10. Maximum of one (1) Entry per Participant.11. Participants with more than one person present in the Entry shall be automatically excluded from the PrizeDraw.12. The winner of the Prize will be the Participant selected at random, via a random prize draw.13. The winner will be notified by 5pm BST on 29th September 2023 via an email, sent to the email addressprovided at the time of entry.14. Winners will have 14 days from the date of notification to respond to the email to claim the Prize, providean identity document to prove their identity matches the Entry, provide valid UK bank account details andany further information that Taylor Herring Limited requires to facilitate payment. Once Taylor Herring aresatisfied all the information is correct they shall facilitate payment of the funds within 30 days. The winnermay be required to provide additional supporting evidence to Taylor Herring Limited, including making a testtransfer of £1 to ensure the banking information is correct.15. In the event a winner is unreachable, ineligible, provides incorrect information, fails to claim the Prize in thetime required, or whom it would be illegal for the Promotor to pay the Prize to the winner shall forfeit theirPrize and it will be awarded to a substitute winner, selected in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.16. The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify any Entry which it considers do notcomply with these terms and conditions or any participant who it reasonably believes has interfered with thefair running of this Prize Draw.17. The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protectitself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to theidentity, age, and other relevant details of a participant.18. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to take part in media interviews including but not limited tomagazine, television and radio interviews.20. By entering the Prize Draw, Participants consent to their personal information and the image of the selfiesubmitted to the app being used by the Promoter for the purposes of operating this Promotion andacknowledge the Promoter reserves the right to publish the names and towns of residence of the winner.Participants reserve the right to withdraw their consent at any time by visitinghttp://www.samsung.com/uk/info/privacy.html or by writing to the Promoter.21. The Promoter excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage arising from orin connection with the Promotion or with the acceptance or possession of any Prize.22. All Prizes are subject to current tax laws, and may be considered to be a taxable benefit to those who haveparticipated and won a Prize.23.
