Tetley's Cuppas Of Cash Promotion

Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating in the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. This promotion is open to residents of United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland), aged 18 years, or over except employees and their immediate families of Tata Consumer Products GB Limited, associated companies, their agencies and anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
2. Internet access, a valid email address, mobile phone number and smartphone required. Purchase necessary. Entrants are required to retain their original itemised till receipt showing purchase of a promotional product within the Promotion Period, as it will be required for entry. Valid UK bank account required for prize claim.
3. Main Promotion Period: Opens for purchase and entries between 00:01 on 21st January 2025 and 23:59 on 30th June 2025. Entries received outside of these times will be void and will not be entered into the Main Promotion.
4. Late Entry Draw Period: Entries received outside the Promotion Period will be entered into a Late Entry Draw. The Late Entry Draw opens for purchase and entries between 00:00 on 1st July 2025 and 23:59 on 31st December 2025. Entries received outside of these times will be void and will not be entered into the Late Entry Draw.
5. Limitations: The promotion is limited to One entry per person, email address and mobile number, per week, with a maximum of Eight entries per person in total throughout the Promotion Period. Limited to a maximum of one prize per person.
6. How to Enter: To enter the promotion, you must purchase a qualifying pack of Tetley Tea from a participating retailer (see clause 8 for list of Qualifying Products), scan the QR code found on promotional packs or visit the tetleycuppasofcash.co.uk. Enter your details, including full name, email address, and upload an image of your original itemised till receipt showing purchase of a Qualifying Product within the Promotion Period. Enter your mobile number to receive a 6 digit One Time Passcode to your mobile to verify your entry. Enter your One Time Passcode on the promotion website where indicated to complete your entry. Valid entrants will find out instantly on screen if they are a provisional winner of a £100 instant win prize.
7. Receipt images uploaded must be itemised. The uploaded receipt will need to show the itemised Qualifying Product purchase within the Period that you are entering, either the Main Promotion Period or Late Entry Draw Period. The time and date of purchase on your itemised receipt must be prior to your entry in order to be valid. Please note that some receipts may show the date on the reverse and therefore it may be necessary to upload more than one receipt image. Receipt images must be uploaded in .png, jpeg, tiff, bmp or .pdf format (size limited to 10MB). Each receipt image can only be used once for a single entry regardless of variety and quantity purchased. Receipts must not be altered or tampered with. Any receipts that have been altered or tampered with will be deemed invalid. Receipts that are created or modified using artificial intelligence (AI), or any photo editing tools will not be accepted. The Promoter and its agencies reserve the right to reject any receipt that they believe, at their sole discretion, has been created, amended or otherwise not in its original form.
8. Qualifying Products include the following:

   • Tetley Tea 240’s
9. Prizes:
   1. Instant Win: There are up to 30,000 x £100 instant win prizes available to be won across the Promotion Period.
   2. Late Entry Draw: There are 5 x £100 prize draw cash prizes to be won in the Late Entry Draw.
10. The chances of winning an instant win prize in clause 9.a. above are 1 in 100. Winners will be determined by a secure and automatic computer-generated algorithm that produces verifiably random results. The percentage chance of winning will not decrease across the promotional period. The number of prizes won will be (statistically) dependent upon participation rates. Wins will be allocated independently by the system using an algorithm. Although all prizes are available to be won, there is no guarantee that they will all be won.
11. Prizes in clause 9.b above will be awarded via a Prize Draw. The winners of the prize draws will be electronically drawn at random by an independent third party from all valid entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions within 7 days of the close date of the promotion. A maximum of 3 reserves will be contacted if a Prize from the Late Entry Draw remains unclaimed after 7 days.
12. Instant Win Prize Verification, Notification & Claim: Entrants will be notified immediately on screen if they have provisionally won an instant win prize. Winners will receive an SMS message to the mobile number they input upon entry within 7 days of their online win . The SMS will contain a unique link to claim. Winners must enter their first name, last name, email address, mobile number and valid UK bank account details in order to claim their prize. Entry and claim details must match in order for the cash prize to be awarded. Winners must claim their prize within 7 days of receiving the winning SMS notification. Winners that submit a prize claim will have the receipt image that they uploaded verified by the Promoter’s agency, Umbrella Risk Management Limited, within 7 days of their claim. If a winner’s claim is valid, they will receive an email notification within 7 days of their claim, verifying their win. Winners that submit an invalid claim will be contacted via the email address they registered and where possible will have 7 days to resubmit their claim with the valid receipt image. If a winner is unable to rectify their claim due to not meeting these terms and conditions, then their prize will be forfeited.
13. Late Entry Draw Prize Verification, Notification & Claim: The Late Entry Draw will take place within 7 days of the late entry draw close date. Winners will receive an SMS message within 7 days of the Prize Draw Close Date. Winners only will be notified. The SMS will contain a unique link to claim. Winners must enter their first name, last name, email address, mobile number and valid UK bank account details in order to claim their prize. Entry and claim details must match in order for a winners claim to be valid. Winners must claim their prize within 7 days of receiving the winning SMS notification. Winners that submit a prize claim will have the receipt image that they uploaded verified by the Promoter’s agency, Umbrella Risk Management Limited, within 7 days of their claim. If a winner’s claim is valid, they will receive an email notification within 7 days of their claim, verifying their win. Winners that submit an invalid claim will be contacted via the email address they registered and where possible will have 7 days to resubmit their claim with the valid receipt image. 14. Prize Delivery: Verified Instant win & Late Entry Draw prizes will be paid via bank transfer. Winners’ personal details entered on the claim form must match the details used upon entry. Bank transfer payments will only be made payable to the person whose name appears on the online claim form and the bank details entered. Please ensure your name is typed correctly and matches the name of the account holder. For the avoidance of doubt, the bank account name required is the name as it appears on your bank account and not the name of the bank that you hold your account with. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for claimants failing to supply accurate information which affects fulfilment of their prize. Bank transfer payments will be administered by Umbrella Risk Management Ltd. Winners that do not complete the claim form within 7 days of sending will forfeit their prize. Prizes will be fulfilled within 28 days of a valid claim.
15. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that they check their email to ensure they are in receipt of promotional communication within 7 days of it being sent.

General

15. All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries made by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter) and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force', masking their identity by manipulating phone numbers or IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant's entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that entrant's entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. Prizes allocated to winners who are subsequently disqualified may not be reallocated.
16. Winners may be requested to participate in reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion with no further compensation.
17. The prize winners’ surnames are available by sending a correctly stamped self-addressed envelope to Tetley Cuppas of Cash (8320), PO Box 906, Chilton, Aylesbury HP22 9HR within three months of the Closing Date. By entering the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that if they are a winner their surname may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. A winner may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter. In these circumstances the winner acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose such information in full upon request from such competent authorities (including without limitation the Advertising Standards Authority).
18. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, or reasonable belief to suspect collusion to subvert the terms of this promotion, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries to protect itself against fraudulent, invalid or repetitive entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 7 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
20. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries lost, damaged or delayed or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
21. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud), in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
22. The Promoter will not be liable to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances of the Promoter.
23. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
24. The Promoter’s decisions regarding all promotional matters shall be final and no other correspondence will be entered in to.
25. By entering, all entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the rules. They also consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Promoter’s partners for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the claimant has consented. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and any national implementing laws, regulations and secondary legislation to the UK GDPR or the Data Protection Act 2018. 26. This Promotion is governed by English Law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
