Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the "CHANCE TO WIN A SMART WATCH EVERY DAY OR 1 OF 2000 FOOTALLS" promotion (the "Promotion"). You will be legally bound by these Terms from the time you submit an entry for the Promotion. Please retain a copy for your information.

If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Promotion, these Terms will take precedence.

1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over, excluding employees, contractors, representatives, agents, officers or directors of the Promoter, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, marketing agencies, or to any of their immediate family members or persons living in the same household, whether or not related, or to anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.
2. If you are a resident of the Republic of Ireland, then no purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion.
3. Purchase is necessary for residents of the United Kingdom. Time and date of purchase must pre-date the date and time of entry into this Promotion, but be within the relevant Promotion Period (defined below). Purchases made after the relevant Promotion Period will not be able to participate in the corresponding part of the Promotion. Please retain a photo of your Promotional Product (defined below) and an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase and the price paid for the Promotional Product as this may be required for validation and in order for the winners to receive their Prize. Entries will be validated within 5 working days. Internet access, a smart phone with a camera (to utilise the QR code referred to below), a valid email address and mobile number are required. UK entrants also need a photo of the Promotional Product and itemised and dated receipt.
4. Promotion Period:
   
   1. Main: Enter between 07:00 BST/IST and 19:00 BST/IST on each day between the 06 May 2024 and the 31 July 2024 inclusive.
      1. Google Pixel Watch 2 Smart Watch ("Watch Prize"): Entries are permitted between 07:00 and 19:00 each day of the Main Promotion Period, with a Watch Prize scheduled at a random, pre-determined winning moment every day throughout the Main Promotion Period. For the avoidance of doubt, 1 x Watch Prize is available to be won each day of the Main Promotion Period.
      2. Footballs inclusive of pump ("Football Prize"): Entries are permitted between 07:00 and 19:00 each day of the Main Promotion Period, with a Football Prize allocated to 2,000 random, pre-determined winning moments throughout the Main Promotion Period.
   2. Wrap-Up Draw: Enter between 00:00 BST/IST on the 01 August 2024 and 23:59 BST/IST on the 31 October 2024 inclusive.
   3. Main and Wrap-Up Draw: All entries must be received by the Promoter by the end of the respective Promotion Periods. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted or not received within the relevant Promotion Period for any reason. Proof of sending shall not be deemed to be proof of receipt.
   4. Mop-Up Draw: If there are any Prizes that are rejected, undelivered, unclaimed, unwon or returned to sender after the Main Promotion Period and Wrap-Up Draw Promotion Period ("Promotion Periods"), then entrants who have submitted valid entries during the Promotion Periods, but do not win a Prize, will be automatically entered into the Mop-Up Draw.

      2. ROI: During the Main Promotion Period:
         1. Visit WinwithWeetabix.co.uk and select region (or scan QR code on-pack to be directed to the entry page). ROI customers are not required to purchase a promotional product; and
         2. Request a free unique code by entering your post code and email address. The unique code will be sent to your email address. Then return to the promotional site and complete the online form providing your details, full name, email address, date of birth, mobile number, along with the unique code to find out if you have won a Prize. A free unique code can be requested at any stage during the Main Promotion Period, but should be requested at least 3 days prior to the close of the Main Promotion Period. 7. Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person per day throughout the Promotion Periods. No person may win both a Football Prize and Watch Prize in one day.
8. Winner Selection:
   1. Main:
      1. Google Pixel Watch 2 Smart Watches: 87 “winning moments” (days, hours, minutes, seconds) have been randomly selected throughout the Main Promotion Period by an independent verification service. These have been randomly allocated between 07:00 and 19:00 each day during the Main Promotion Period. There will be one ‘winning moment’ per day for the Watch Prize (defined below) during the Main Promotion Period. The first valid entry on or after that winning moment will be awarded a Watch Prize. The time at which the participant clicks "enter" on the online form will be the time used for the 'winning moment' mechanism.
      2. Footballs and pump: 2,000 “winning moments” (days, hours, minutes, seconds) have been randomly selected throughout the Main Promotion Period by an independent verification service for a Football Prize (defined below). These have been randomly allocated between 07:00 and 19:00 each day during the Main Promotion Period. The first valid entry on or after that winning moment will be awarded a Football Prize.
      3. There is a maximum of one winner for each 'winning moment'.
      4. If two entries are received at the same time, the entry processed by the server first will be the winning entry.
      5. If, for any reason, no valid entry is received by the Promoter between one 'winning moment' (first 'winning moment') and the next (second 'winning moment'), the Prize allocated to that first 'winning moment' will be rolled over. In this event, the next valid entrant will win the unawarded prize from the first 'winning moment' and the following valid entrant will win the prize from the second 'winning moment'.
      6. All Prizes have been made available to be won, but the Promoter makes no guarantee that all Prizes will be won and awarded (e.g. if there is low participation).
   2. Wrap-Up Draw: 65 Winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received by the Promoter during the Wrap-Up Draw Promotion Period. The Wrap-Up Draw will be conducted by an independent party, within 5 working days of the close of the Wrap-Up Prize Draw Promotion Period (i.e. by 7 November 2024). The first 15 winners drawn will win the Watch Prize. The 50 winners drawn subsequently will each win the Football Prize.
   3. Mop-Up Draw: Following the end of the Wrap-Up Draw Promotion Period, in the event of any Prizes that are rejected, undelivered, unclaimed, unwon or returned to sender throughout the Wrap-Up Draw Promotion Period, the Promoter reserves the right to request that an independent person conducts a random draw for all valid, non-winning entrants, within 15 working days of the close of the Wrap-Up Draw Promotion Period. The Mop-Up Draw will only take place if and to the extent that all Prizes are not successfully distributed as part of the Main promotion and Wrap-Up Draw. As this depends wholly on what is won during the Promotion, the number of Prizes that may be awarded by this route is unknown. If applicable, the Mop-Up Draw will be hosted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Winner(s) will be drawn on 28 November 2024.
9. Prizes
   1. Main:
      1. Google Pixel Watch 2 Smart Watches ("Watch Prize"): There are 87 Watch Prizes available to be won. Each Winner will win 1 x Google Pixel Watch 2 Smart Watch.
      2. Footballs inclusive of pump ("Football Prize"): There are 2,000 Football Prizes available to be won. Each Winner will win 1 x uninflated football. Pump is provided.
   2. Wrap-Up Draw: There will be a total of 65 Winners. Prizes will be allocated randomly:
      1. 15 x Google Pixel Watch 2 Smart Watches.
      2. 50 x footballs (uninflated, pump provided).
   3. These prizes are available to be won and the Promoter will use its best endeavours to ensure that all prizes are won and awarded in accordance with these Terms. However, the Promoter makes no guarantee that all prizes will be won and awarded (e.g. if there is low participation).
   4. Mop-Up Draw: The Mop-Up Draw has the same number of winners as the number of Prizes available (if any). Prizes available to be won will depend on the outcome of the Main promotion and Wrap-Up Draw.

11. Winner Notification:
    1. Main: The provisional winning entrants will be notified on screen and asked to follow the on-screen instructions within 14 days to claim their Prize. Winners will also receive a confirmation email to their email address used upon entry, to complete the on-screen instructions, confirming their Prize and will be required to follow the instructions within 14 days of initial contact. If a provisional Winner does not follow the instructions within 14 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that Winner. Any claims received that do not meet these requirements will be void and invalid.
    2. Wrap-Up Draw & Mop-Up Draw: The Winners will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 5 working days of Wrap-Up Draw or Mop-Up Draw Winner selection and will be asked to provide address details. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the Winners. If a Winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, cannot take up the Prize, is not eligible for the Prize or has not complied with these Terms, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a replacement winner selected in the same manner. These Terms will apply to any replacement Winners, but they may have less time to respond and claim the Prize.
    3. Entrants who have not won a Prize will not be notified.
    4. It is the responsibility of the Winner to provide correct, up-to-date details when accepting a Prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for Winners failing to supply accurate information which then affects Prize acceptance or fulfilment of their Prize.
12. Prize Acceptance: Once eligibility for a Prize is confirmed and the Prize is accepted by the Winner, fulfilment of the Prizes will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Prizes. Any delay will be communicated to the Winner. In the unlikely event that a Winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize the Winner must inform the Promoter by emailing consumerservice@weetabix.com. If a Winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize at its sole discretion. The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect email or delivery details provided by Winners.
13. Provided no objection (made on lawful grounds) is received from the Winners, a Winners list containing the surname and county or region of residence of the Winners and the prizes won will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks, on receipt of a self-addressed pre-paid envelope received by the Promoter at Weetabix Ltd, Burton Latimer, Kettering, NN15 5JR. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting consumerservice@weetabix.com. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority or the Advertising Standards Authority of Ireland if required to do so.
14. The Promoter may request that the Winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at each Winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
15. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry/ies (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:
    1. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or Winners through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.
    2. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
    3. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
    4. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
    5. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed (i.e. one per day per entrant), or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, multiple SIM cards for text entries, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
    6. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.
    7. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions, the spirit of the Promotion or any instructions forming part of this Promotion's requirements.
    8. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion. The Promoter will endeavour to provide reasonable notice in the event of cancellation, modification or suspension of the Promotion, setting out the reason(s) for such.
16. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. Winners must not seek to sell any Prize or advertise any Prize for sale, including on any digital platform or social media platform.
17. There is no cash or other prize alternative to any of the Prizes. If for any reason a Prize and/or any element of a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, but is not obliged, to substitute that Prize or element of the Prize for another of equal or greater value.
18. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to WinwithWeetabix.co.uk.

20. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, in which case its liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
21. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
22. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent participation in the Promotion.

24. The Promoter's decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
25. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
26. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
27. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
28. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that Residents of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
