TERMS & CONDITIONS
Introduction
These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all entrants and claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

Eligibility
- This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
- Internet access required. Purchase necessary.
- Retain receipt/proof of purchase showing date of purchase during the promotional period and prior to date of entry as this will be required to claim a prize.
- Maximum of 3 entries per person. Maximum of 1 prize per person per household.
Promotional Period
- The promotion will run from 00:00 7th October 2024 to 23:59 29th December 2024. Any entries received outside the promotional period will not be accepted.
- In instances where promotional stock is in the marketplace in advance of the planned promotional start date of 07.10.24, anyone who has purchased a promotional pack ahead of this date still has an opportunity to enter, within the daily limits and conditions as indicated in clause 4. The Promoter will allow consumers to submit their entries at any point during the main promotional period, as long as they keep their receipt and promotional pack from the date, they purchase it.
Entry
- To enter weekly prize draws, entrants must either:
- Purchase a participating promotional pack of Westlab Bath Salts, scan the QR code on pack or visit www.win-westlab-champneys.com and enter last 4-digits of the barcode, first name, last name and mobile number during the promotional period.
- Purchase a participating non-promotional pack of Westlab Bath Salts, scan the QR code on instore marketing or visit www.win-westlab-champneys.com and enter last 4-digits of the barcode, first name, last name and mobile number during the promotional period
Each valid entry will be entered into the corresponding weekly prize draw (Monday to Sunday).
Reward
- 25% off discount code for Champneys Original Stay bookings available to claim with a valid entry. Claimants may enter their email address via the ‘thank you for entering’ pop-up that will appear on screen after completion of entry to receive their discount code. Claimants must call Champneys on 0343 316 2222 and quote the discount code whilst booking to redeem and complete their booking. Standard network charges apply when calling to book.

- Entrants or claimants who make an entry or claim on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
- Entries or claims (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant or claimant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries/claims will be disqualified and any prize award or reward provided will be void.
- Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected entries and claims will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries or claims delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
Prizes
- 112 prizes available to won in total consisting of:
- Top tier prize - 12 x Champneys Original Stays Voucher. 1 x winner of the Champneys Original Stay prize per week during the promotional period.
- Second tier prize - 100 x Westlab Hampers. 9 x hampers available to be won per week for the first 10 weeks of the promotional period (90 in total). 5 x hampers available to be won per week during the final 2 weeks of the promotional period (10 in total).

Access to book classes and treatments (at an additional cost). Checkout from the room at 11am and the resort from 4pm.
- Option to add additional treatments from extensive treatment menu (at an additional cost and early booking recommended).
- Bookings cannot be made on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.
- Prizes will be provided as a physical gift card delivered to each winner’s delivery address. Winners must call Champneys on 0343 316 2222 and quote the number on the voucher to book their stay.

- Champneys Original Stay Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. After which they will expire and cannot be extended. The vouchers hold no monetary value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for anything other than the prize package. Champneys is not liable for the gift cards once they are issued and subsequently lost, stolen or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced. - The winners and their guest are responsible for all expenses including travel not expressly stated in these terms and conditions as being included as part of the top tier prize.
- Second tier: Westlab Hamper. The hamper includes the Westlab Wellbeing range (Balance, Sleep and Relax products), 1 x 800ml glass storage jar, 1 x back scrubber, 1 x scented candle and 2 x exfoliating sponges.
- No cash or other alternative prizes/rewards will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize/reward, or part of a prize, of equal or greater value. The prizes/rewards are non-transferable.
Winner Selection
- All eligible entries will be entered into each corresponding weekly prize draw. The winners will be selected by an independent adjudicator within 7 days after the completion of each promotional week.
- A winner will be redrawn if they have won previously or if there is a previous winner within their household. If multiple winners are selected from the same household, only the first entry will be accepted, and all other prizes will be redrawn.
Winner Notification
- Winners will be contacted by SMS message to the mobile number provided on entry within 7 days after each draw date. Winners will receive a prize claim form via a unique one-time link where they will be required to upload their receipt/proof of purchase and provide their home address for delivery of their prize.
- Claim form links are valid for 14 days. In the case that a winner does not respond in time, rejects their prize or are ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw their prize which will be forfeited, and a reserve, drawn next in line from the original applicable draw will be contacted. If after 3 attempts the prize is not successfully claimed, the prize will be declared null and void.
Prize Delivery
- Prizes will be delivered within 14 days of valid prize claim and the completion of the verification process via next day courier.
Winners List
- The Promoter will make available a list of top tier prize winners’ surnames and counties of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting customercare@Westlabgroup.com. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winners list by emailing customercare@Westlabgroup.com. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse such requests.
Verification
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and claims including but not limited to asking for proof of purchase and ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize/reward or withdraw prize/reward entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the entrant or claimant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry or claim requirements or otherwise where an entrant or claimant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won/claimed using fraudulent means.
- It is the responsibility of the entrant and claimant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion or claiming. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners or claimants failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize or reward.
General
- If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries or claims.
- If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
- The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion, the fulfilment of the prizes or rewards and/or the use of the prizes or rewards, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
- The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the promotion.
- If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
- The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the relevant country for each entrant and claimant, and they submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant country they reside in.
Data Protection
- The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent or you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. The Promoter will only share participants’ data with their fulfilment partners Cloud Nine for the administration of the promotion and in order to fulfil the prizes.
