TERMS & CONDITIONS

Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating in the Promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility
   1. This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom including NI, Isle of Man and Channel Islands, aged 18 years or over, but not employees or their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected to the promotion. Purchase and internet access required.
2. How to enter
   1. To enter the promotion, you must purchase a promotional pack of 4 x 250ml WKD Blue cans or 10 x 250ml WKD Blue cans featuring a unique code between 15^th April 2024 and 26^th August 2024. Each separate entry requires a unique code.
   2. Visit www.wkdpromotions.com and enter your unique code and personal details to find out instantly if you are a winner. Your unique code can be found on the inside of your pack.
   3. One entry per person and email address per day. Max 4 entries in total throughout the promotional period.
   4. Opens for entries at 00:00:00 on 15^th April 2024 and closes for entries at 23:59:59 on 26^th August 2024.
   5. Unique codes featured on promotional packs can only be used once. Only valid unique promotional codes will be accepted. Manufacturer’s references or printing errors do not constitute valid codes.
   6. The Promoter does not assume any responsibility for codes damaged or defaced in the way the product packaging is opened. If you cannot read your code due to a genuine printing error, please contact us at info@wkdpromotions.com with an image of your packaging to obtain a new code.
   7. Those who try and circumvent the code entry process and/or entry instructions by any method will be disqualified and any prizes awarded will be void. Entrants must submit all entries into this promotion in a personal capacity on their own behalf. Entries submitted via third parties or in bulk are prohibited and we reserve the right to refuse you the prize if we reasonably suspect that your entry was submitted by such means.
   8. Any third-party entries, multiple entries or entries submitted by agents will not be accepted.
3. Prizes
   1. There are 10,001 instant win prizes available to be won consisting of:
      1. 1 x £10,000 cash prize
      2. WKD branded items
         1. 2,500 x metal straws (pack of 2)
         2. 2,500 x cool bag
         3. 2,500 x bucket hat
         4. 2,500 x speaker
   2. No alternatives or cash alternatives are available.
   3. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an equivalent or greater value should the original prize offered become unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control.
   4. All images of prizes used on promotional packs and in all communication are a representation supplied for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual prizes.
4. Winner selection and notification
   1. There are 10,001 instant win prizes and the total promotional pack universe is 240,000. Winners will be determined by a secure and automatic computer-generated algorithm that produces verifiably random results. Each entrant’s chance of winning is based on the promotional volume of 240,000 vs the number of prizes to be given away at the start of the promotion. The percentage chance of winning will not decrease across the promotional period. The number of prizes will be (statistically) dependent upon participation rates. Wins will be allocated independently by the system using an algorithm. Although all prizes are available to be won, there is no guarantee that they will all be won.
   2. Entrants will be notified immediately on screen whether or not they have won a prize, and informing them which prize they have won.
   3. Winners will also receive an email within 14 days confirming their win and which prize they have won.
   4. The winner of the cash prize will be contacted by the Promoter’s Prize provider by phone call to the number provided upon entry within 28 days. The £10,000 cash prize will be paid by bank transfer to the account details supplied by the winner upon claiming their prize. The winner’s bank transfer will only be made payable to the person’s name that appears on the online registration form and to a valid UK bank account. The bank transfer will be made within 14 days of a winner claim and the payment will be administrated by Umbrella Risk Management Limited
   5. Winners of a WKD branded item will receive their prize via post to the address provided upon entry within 28 days.
   6. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that they have accurately provided a valid email address and to also check junk mail/ spam to ensure they are in receipt of promotional communication within 14 days of it being sent.
   7. ITV is not responsible for the administration of the promotion or the fulfilment of any prizes. This is the responsibility of the Promoter.
5. General
   1. The Promoter intends to use prize winners’ information in any marketing and publicity materials which they may choose to issue (at our discretion) and if requested, the winner will be asked to participate in publicity or other promotional activities as they may reasonably request without any further recompense. Winners who do not wish to participate in marketing and publicity materials can object accordingly.
   2. The prize winners’ surnames and counties are available by sending a correctly stamped self-addressed envelope to WKD Love Island 2024 (8135), PO Box 906, Chilton, Aylesbury HP22 9HR within three months of the Closing Date. Each Winner will be required to confirm if their details can be used in publication of a Winners List. Any Winner opting to have their details removed or minimised will not be displayed in the Winners List made available to the public on request. All Winners’ details are retained by the Promoter for prize validation and verification. However, the Promoter shall provide the information set out above upon request from such competent authorities (including without limitation the Advertising Standards Authority).

   4. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, or reasonable belief to suspect collusion to subvert the terms of this promotion, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
   5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries to protect itself against fraudulent, invalid or repetitive entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
   6. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network computer hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending of your online entry.
   7. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize/gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
   8. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances of the Promoter.
   9. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
   10. English law will settle any dispute concerning the interpretation and application of the rules and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
   11. The Promoter’s decisions regarding all promotional matters shall be final and no other correspondence will be entered in to.
6. Data Protection
   1. The Promoter will share with its appointed third-party suppliers the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for the purposes of prize fulfilment only. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) as applicable. You can request access to your personal data, have any inaccuracies rectified or request deletion of personal data by sending a request to info@wkdpromotions.com.
