Prize Promotion Notice1. This Prize Promotion Notice sets out the details of the Reading Festival x Mars Wrigley Extra Gum Ticket Giveaway (opening 03/04/23 at 00:01 and closing 14/05/23 at 23:59). The competition (the "Prize Promotion") is being run by Festival Republic Limited ("Our", "Us" and "We") across Our Reading Festival social channels including Facebook and lnstagram.For the avoidance of doubt, Mars Wrigley Confectionery UK Limited and each of its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, members, representatives and employees ("Mars Wrigley") are not the promoter of this Prize Promotion and will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising out of or in connection with participation in this Prize Promotion or any Prize awarded, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law or in respect of the delivery of the Prize.2. To enter the Prize Promotion, you must be:a) resident in the United Kingdom or Ireland;b) able to comply with these terms and all the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions; andc) at least 18 years old.4. Customers will be asked to complete a short quiz and complete the competition entry form with their email address.6. The Prize Promotion will commence on Monday 3rd April at 00:01 and close on Sunday 14th May at 23.59. 7. The "Prize" is 2x General Admission Weekend Camping tickets to Reading Festival 2023.Please note, the Prize does not include the cost of: travel to and from the festival, accommodation or equipment, food or drink on site, or any on-site services outside of the Prize itself.8. There is 1 (One) Prize available.9. There will be 1 (One) Winner in total.10. If you are the winner of this Prize Promotion ("Winner"), you will be emailed within 24 hours of the competition closing (14/05/23) and advised on how to collect the Prize. Please note that if you do not respond within 14 days, Reading Festival reserves the right to select a different Winner.11. Proof of identification may be required to claim the Prize.12. This Prize Promotion is a Prize draw as defined in our general Prize Promotion Notice Terms and Conditions.13. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of this Prize Promotion Notice and the terms outlined in our general Prize Promotion Notice Terms & Conditions, the terms of this Prize Promotion Notice shall prevail.
