TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Open to NI residents aged 16 years and over, except employees and their families of Boost Drinks Ltd, their agencies, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
2. Promotion opens 00:00 15/05/23 and closes 23:59 18/06/23.
3. Promotion available in participating Boost stockists in NI where promotional POS is sited.
4. To play Juic'd Jackpot, purchase a 500ml can of Boost Juic'd, visit www.boostjuicd.com and enter all requested details including the last 4 digits of the barcode from your purchased can.
5. Internet access, full name and valid email address required to take part. Purchase necessary.
6. Strictly only one play per person/email address per day.
7. If you are a winner, you will see a 'CONGRATULATIONS' message with details of your prize and request for your full name and postal address. If you are not a winner, you will see the message ‘SORRY, NO WIN'.
8. There are 45 prizes to be won in total during the promotional period. Prizes will be awarded randomly by computer programme to a minimum of one winner PER day. The total number of prizes are as follows:

9. If you have won a prize, you must complete full name and address form and submit to claim your prize. We can only deliver to a valid postal address in Northern Ireland, and your prize will be despatched within 28 days of receiving your delivery details.
10. All entrants who play 5 times or more with a different 4 digit code per play, will be entered into a prize draw to win a SIM Free iPhone 13 5G 128GB Mobile Phone – Midnight. Winner will be selected at random using a number generator on 19/6/23 and notified via email by 25/6/23. Winner must reply to email within 7 days with full name and postal address to claim their prize. We can only deliver to a valid postal address in Northern Ireland, and your prize will be despatched within 28 days of receiving your delivery details.
11. In the event that no response is received by the promoter or their agent to the prize award notification within 7 days, and after the promoter or their agent has made at least 3 attempts to contact the winner using the email address provided at the time of draw entry, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve(s) selected at the same time as the original
12. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed, and all such claims will be disqualified and any claim will be considered void.
13. The promoter accepts no responsibility for inaccurate information or incomplete email and/ or postal address details.
14. The promoter accepts no responsibility for packages delayed, lost or damaged in transit.
15. The promoter reserves the right not to fulfil claims when claimant or recipient details are believed to be inaccurate, fictitious, fraudulent or incomplete.
16. Prize to be taken as stated. There is no alternative in cash or kind, in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar alternative of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed with the promoter, prizes will be awarded directly to the winner. Prize winner may be required to participate in photographic or other reasonable publicity without further recompense.
17. Your personal details will be used solely for the purposes of administering the fulfilment of the prizes and will be held for a maximum of 28 days from 18/06/23 after which it will be destroyed unless you have specifically opted-in to receive further information or promotions from Boost Drinks Ltd. Data will be processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Notice at https://www.boostdrinks.com/privacy-policy/. Any personal data will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation. Please note that in processing the awards, the promoter may disclose your details to affiliates or third parties involved in the judging process, publicity and the prize fulfillment process.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to vary, alter or terminate this promotion due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control only where circumstances make this unavoidable. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in this promotion, although we will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure.
19. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.
