Each recipient school will receive an Art Catalogue from which they can select their items up to the value of their total voucher. Accommodation is based on a family of four sharing one room. The two-night stay will take place over a Friday and Saturday night, subject to the winner’s choice and availability.The Art Experience will take place on the Saturday, subject to availability. The experience and stay must be booked by 1 March 2024 and taken by 30 September 2024 (subject to availability). At least 6 weeks’ advance notice of preferred date of stay must be given. We’ll notify the school of their win and discuss a suitable delivery date. Winner Notification: Instant Win: The provisional winning entrants will be instantly notified on screen. Winners will also receive a confirmation email to their email address used upon entry, confirming their Prize. The Prize will be issued to the school nominated by the winner. Weekly Prize Draw: Provisional winning Schools will be contacted within 7working days of weekly Winner Selection and will be asked to accept the Bread Hamper Prize. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional School Winners. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winners will be confirmed as a winner. If a provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 28 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.Grand Prize Draw: The provisional winner will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 7 working days of Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winner. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winner will be confirmed as a winner. If the provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.Prize Acceptance: Once eligibility of a Prize is confirmed and the Prize is accepted, fulfilment/notification to arrange fulfilment of a Prize will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Prize. In the unlikely event that an Instant Win Prize the Prizes does not arrive within 28 days or a Weekly Prize Draw or the Grand Prize Draw winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize within 28 days, the Winner must inform the Promoter by emailing winners@prizeprofessionals.com.
