Purchase is necessary to enter this Promotion; access to the internet, a valid email address and registration is required. Only online participation is allowed.4. Promotional Period: The Promotion opens at 00:01 on the 21st March 2023 and closes at 23:59 on the 31st July 2023. Winner selection, notification & claim: Winners will be selected at random using a computer algorithm that has distributed winning codes for the 5,005 prizes across 1,000,000 promotional packs, and winners will be notified instantly online of whether they have won or not. Entrants who are unsuccessful in winning a prize (holidays, picnic hampers, picnic blankets or cheese knives) will be rewarded with 50p off purchase of Le Rustique camembert 250g that will be sent by email to the submitted email address with coupon redemption instructions automatically after notification on microsite screen. For coupons, this email will direct the user to a unique URL where they will be able to print their coupon to use in-store only.9. Participants are required to keep their sticker (with unique code) from promotional pack and original till receipt as proof of purchase showing date of purchase during the Promotional Period and prior to date of entry as this may be required to validate your claim if you are a winner.10. There is a limit of one prize win or one reward per participant/email/address per week. There is no other limit on the total number of times you can enter the Promotion, however, each code found on pack is unique and can only be used once. Response will be by email to the provided email address. The Promoter reserves the right to reject such requests.19. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for entries or claims that fail to register, are delayed, illegible, invalid, misdirected or incomplete, or indeed for network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay entry. All personal details will be deleted a maximum of 3 months after the end of the promotion on 30/06/23 with the exception of Holidays to Normandy winners whose data will be deleted on completion of their trip.24. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for participants for address, age and identity details (passport, driving licence or equivalent) along with a copy of the original itemised till receipt and original sticker for each and every entry which they must provide within 7 days and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, or any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered in relation to this and all other clauses.25. In the event of exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.26. In the unlikely event your code cannot be read due to a genuine printing error or is not accepted please submit a photo of the Promotional Code to lerustique@responsehandlingteam.co.uk by 24.07.23 to allow for processing before end of promotional period. Please include details of your request, your name, email address and a replacement Promotional Code will be sent to you if the Promoter deems it appropriate to do so.27. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any participant’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the prizes including the Laguiole cheese knife, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.28. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the promotion.29. This Promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with (including the prizes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion (including the prizes) unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.30. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
