Terms and Conditions for Bank Holiday Strawberry Hamper GiveawayThese Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions and by the decision of the Promoter, which is final in all matters relating to the promotion. Excludes residents of the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.3. Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall begin at 00:01 on 18th August 2023 and close at 23:59 on 23rd August 20234. Entry Instructions: The entry instructions are different depending on whether or not participants are already subscribed to Malibu’s email newsletter:For participants who are not subscribed, they will have to access the Malibu website (https://www.maliburumdrinks.com/en-gb/), and once they have accessed that, a pop-up will appear on the home page. Through that, they will be required to input their details to join Malibu’s email newsletter and consequently enter the giveaway.For participants who are already subscribed to the newsletter, there will be a link to the website through a button in the monthly email which will be sent out on 18th August 2023. This will direct them to the Malibu website, where a pop-up for them will appear where they can enter their details and consequently enter the giveaway.5. Prizes: There are two (2) Malibu Strawberry Hampers to be won during the Promotional Period. There will be one (1) hamper to win for our current newsletter subscribers who enter and one hamper to win for any new joiners that sign up through the website pop-up in order to enter. Both prizes are the same and will be a Malibu Strawberry Hamper containing:a picnic basket;a beach towel;a bottle of Malibu;a small bottle of Prosseco;two (2) glasses;a double-sided recipe card (Strawberry Daiquiri & Strawberry Soda);a bottle of lime juice;viii.fresh Strawberries; andfresh Limes.6. Winner selection: Shortly after the end of the Promotional Period, two(2) winners will be chosen by the Promoter via a randomized computer process. A member of the verification team will then contact the winners via email in order to verify their age and obtain delivery information. The prize winners shall have a period of fourteen (14) days in order to reply to the Promoter’s notification email in order to claim the prize(s). Should the winners fail to reply within this fourteen (14) day period, it shall be deemed that they have forfeited the prize and the Promoter shall select an alternative winner using the same process as was used to select the original winner. 7. General: The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries or prize claims that are lost, delayed or damaged for any reason whatsoever.
