Full Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

Eligibility

1. This (“Promotion”) is open to GB residents only (England, Scotland & Wales) aged 18 and over.

2. Employees of Kellogg Europe Trading Limited , Orange Tower, MediaCityUK, Salford, M50 2HF, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents or anyone else associated with the administration of this Promotion may not enter the Promotion.

3. The Promotion opens at 00:01 17.07.23 and closes at 23:59 29.08.23 (the “Promotional Period”). Any entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.

4. To enter the daily prize draws, purchase any participating Pringles product (165g, 185g or 200g) (as defined in Clause 7 below) from a participating convenience retailer in-store only during the Promotional Period and:

i) Scan the QR code stated on POS & in-store media or visit www.pringles.com/pringlespayout;

ii) Provide your full name and email address to register for a Kellogg’s account if you have not already done so, or log in to your existing Kellogg’s account;

iii) Provide your full name, email address & county;

iv) Select the store in which you purchased the product from the dropdown list provided;

v) Upload a photo of your itemised till receipt;

vi) Each entrant’s proof of purchase will be verified, then winners will be drawn daily.

Winners will be contacted via email within 72 hours of each draw to confirm their win and provide their prize. N.B. Retain receipt for validation purposes showing date of purchase during the promotional period and prior to date of entry.

5. One entry permitted per person, per day for the duration of the Promotion.

6. One prize permitted per person for the duration of the Promotion.

7. Purchase must be of Pringles products (165g, 185g or 200g cans) to be valid for entry. The “Qualifying Products” are listed below (subject to availability and whilst stocks last):

9. Entrants must retain an original itemised till receipt that states the time and date of purchase for each entry as this will be required for verification in order to be entered into the prize draw. You must retain a unique till receipt for each and every entry. Your till receipt(s) must predate the date and time of your entry or entries.

10. Internet access, email address and the purchase of a Qualifying Product from a participating convenience retailer is required for entry. Registration for Kellogg’s account required. Smart phone required to receive PayPoint digital voucher and original itemised till receipt required in order to claim a prize. Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.

11. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

13. Prizes will be awarded as a PayPoint digital voucher that can be redeemed for cash at any PayPoint location. To find your nearest PayPoint location, visit: https://consumer.paypoint.com/.

Winner Selection & Prize Fulfilment

14. Winners will be drawn daily at random via an independently verified prize draw selection process from all valid entries received during each promotional day. A winner will be redrawn if they have previously won.

15. All entrants will be subject to verification before being entered into the prize draws. The receipt provided upon entry will be reviewed and verified within 48 hours of entry to ensure the entry is valid.

16. Winners will be notified via email, to the email address registered to their Kellogg’s account within 72 hours of each draw. Each winner notification email will contain the URL required to claim each prize at a PayPoint location.

17. Winners must present their digital voucher at a PayPoint location to redeem their cash prize. Vouchers are issued with a minimum 90 day validity period. All vouchers will expire on 30.11.23 after which the prize will be null and void.

18. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that they provide a valid email address at the point of entry, as this will be used for delivery of their prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize. It is the responsibility of the winners to supply the correct personal information (outlined above) to claim their prize. The Promotor will not be held liable for non-delivery of a prize due to the provision of incorrect information.

20. Proof of identity (passport, driving licence or equivalent) or further verification may be requested before a prize is awarded. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.

21. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

General

22. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

23. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion, the fulfilment of the prizes and/or the use of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

24. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for:

a) Any entries that are lost or delayed due to faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.

b) Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption.

c) For entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected, illegible or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason.

25. There is no alternative to the stated prize or any other means in which to receive the cash prize, other than via redemption at a PayPoint terminal. The prizes are non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of greater or equal value in the event of circumstances outside of its control.

26. Winners may be requested to participate in any reasonable publicity when asked by the Promoter and shall not receive payment for such publicity. You may opt-out of publicity.

27. The surname and county of residence of the prize winners can be obtained by contacting https://www.pringles.com/uk/contact-us.html within 3 months of the Promotion close date. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse such requests. If you do not want your surname and county included on the list of winners referred to above, you must notify the Promoter before the closing date of the promotion by contacting https://www.pringles.com/uk/contact-us.html. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.

29. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

30. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction unless you live in Scotland, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.

Data Protection

31. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Kellogg Europe Trading Limited (Kellogg) is the controller of your personal data will only process your information for the following purposes: (1) To administer this promotion in line with the terms and conditions, and (2) to contact you in relation to future promotions and for marketing purposes. We will only use the personal data of entrants on the basis of consent. We will never sell your data to third parties, but may combine your data with data from other sources in order to build anonymised/pseudonymised profiles for targeted advertising. Your data will be processed and held on servers located in the United States. Kellogg has ensured that any processors we use are obligated under EU Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure data protection compliance. We will hold your data as long as your consent is valid and you wish to receive marketing communications.

You have the right to access your data, withdraw your consent, or to have your data erased. You also have the right to contact a data protection supervisory authority.
