Scope of Application1.1 Participants.Participation is open to all persons over 18, with legal capacity to act, who are legally resident in the United Kingdom.1.2. Calendar and territory.The promotion starts on 1stJune 2023 (at 00:00 hours) and will run until 31ST August 2023 or until the end of stock of the prizes object of this draw.The ORGANISER reserves the right to cancel this promotion in advance or modify or extend it in time, if there is just cause, and undertakes to give sufficient publicity to such changes.The promotion is valid in the United Kingdom.2. Mechanics of the promotion and drawThe mechanics to be followed by participants in the promotion are:- The participant must purchase a bottle of Viña Sol in an authorized establishment.-Participants must register themselves, entering their name, surname and contact email address.- To be eligible for the prize, participants must submit a valid purchase receipt*.*The delivery of the prize will be conditional upon the winner submitting a valid purchase receipt: purchase of one bottle of Viña Sol, during the promotional period (from 1stJune 2023 to 31st August 2023), in an authorized establishment based in the United Kingdom.Fraudulent participation in the promotion (use of robots, non-manual systems, hacking, and the like) will cause the participant’s automatic disqualification from the promotion, with no right to the fraudulently or illicitly assigned prize.3. Prize.3.1 For participants.The prize at stake consists on one trip* for four (4) people to Costa Brava, Catalonia, Spain.It includes:Round trip flights (tourist class) from the United Kingdom to Barcelona or Girona airports.Three days car rental.Two nights at a Mediterranean Villa.Two breakfasts for four people.One lunch for four people.It is the winner's responsibility to have the necessary documentation and to meet the entry requirements of the destination country to enjoy the prize.Under no circumstances may the prize be exchanged for its cash value, nor may it be traded.*The trip will be conducted according how COVID19 develops and will follow the health indications related to it. Communication and awarding of the prize.The participant will know the result of the draw at the same time of their participation by means of the confirmation of the prize that will appear on the screen.The winning participant of the experience will be contacted by the ORGANIZER for the coordination of the trip.The winner of the trip, once contacted by the ORGANIZER and verified that he/she meets the participation requirements, will manage the details of the trip to be made during the month of September or October 2023.
